I’m proud of building a different starting point for my family. Breaking cycles, creating stability, and showing that what we pass down isn’t just money but it’s mindset,
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Dynasty Myles, widely known as “The Millennial Accountant,” and I’m an accountant, educator, and entrepreneur with years of hands-on experience working directly with individuals, families, and business owners through Mylestone Accounting Solutions (MAS). Through working closely with my clients,I began to see a recurring gap — people didn’t just need tax preparation or bookkeeping; they needed deeper guidance, structure, and education around how money, business, and legacy actually work together. That realization led me to create Mylestone Operations (MO), a parent brand designed to meet those needs beyond surface-level services.
Under MO, I lead Mylestone Accounting Solutions, Mylestone Academy, and the Mylestone Foundation. Each serving a distinct role in helping individuals, entrepreneurs, families, and young people build financial clarity, sustainable businesses, and long-term stability. My journey started in tax preparation straight out of high school and evolved alongside motherhood and entrepreneurship, giving me firsthand insight into how powerful financial knowledge can be when it’s applied with intention.
Today, my work connects accounting, education, and community impact, from financial management and business coaching, to youth financial education programs that introduce money, entrepreneurship, and legacy-building early. What makes my brand unique is that it’s not just about income; it’s about building foundations strong enough to support families now and for generations to come.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
The version of me that believed I had to carry everything alone — and the habit of building in survival mode. I’ve learned that growth doesn’t require self-sacrifice; it requires alignment. I’m releasing urgency and choosing sustainability, structure, and a long-term vision rooted in purpose and peace.
What fear has held you back the most in your life?
For a long time, my biggest fear was visibility. Being seen, judged, or misunderstood. The fear of public perception held me back more than I realized. Stepping into leadership required trusting my voice, accepting that not everyone will understand, and choosing purpose and impact over comfort.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What’s a belief you used to hold tightly but now think was naive or wrong?
I believed that if I did everything myself, I could protect the vision. What I didn’t realize was that growth requires trust, systems, and collaboration.
Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. If you knew you had 10 years left, what would you stop doing immediately?
There’s nothing I would stop doing. If anything, I would move with even more intention by pouring deeper into my work, my purpose, and most importantly, my family. I would make sure they feel my love now and long after, and that my effort, values, and hard work continue to live on through the legacy I’m building.
