An Inspired Chat with Robin DeMarco of Cumming, GA

We recently had the chance to connect with Robin DeMarco and have shared our conversation below.

Robin, we’re thrilled to have you with us today. Before we jump into your intro and the heart of the interview, let’s start with a bit of an ice breaker: When was the last time you felt true joy?
Today! There’s so much to be joyous about. God is good!

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who loves helping people feel healthier, stronger, and more confident in realistic, sustainable ways. I’ve worked with people of all ages and abilities — including prenatal and postpartum clients, older adults, and individuals managing diabetes, addiction recovery, or weight challenges.
I’ve also served as head trainer at CBS Studios in Los Angeles and appeared on Good Day LA and KTLA. These days, I’m expanding my work into wellness retreats and corporate programs — and nothing makes me happier than seeing my clients sleep better, move better, and feel truly empowered in their bodies.

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
My relationship with Jesus. I used to have such a negative view of myself. It wasn’t until I learned how God saw me that I felt complete and found true lasting peace and joy.

What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering teaches you to be tenacious and never give up. If I got instant success I don’t think I’d grow in the patience and determination I now have.

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My relationships- with God, family and friends

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I hope people remember how I loved. Each person is special and unique, and I try to make sure they know that. They matter to me.
