Today we’d like to introduce you to Jacqueleen Williams.
Hi Jacqueleen, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I’m originally from a very small town in Ohio, but I was never meant to stay small. I’ve always been outspoken, expressive, and a little extra in the best way. Growing up, I was in speech and debate, choir, cheer, and dance team. If there was a stage, I was on it. Everyone back home knew I wasn’t going to be there long… and honestly? So did I.
The year after graduating high school, I packed up my life and moved to Atlanta to chase my passions in arts and entertainment but mainly, I moved to start over. Coming from a town where some people had never even been on a plane, leaving was both terrifying and liberating. I was scared… but I was READY.
I immediately immersed myself in ATL’s creative scene.. meeting other artists, shooting music videos, signing up for every open mic I could find, performing in showcases, and putting myself out there nonstop. I even won a competition called The Rap Challenge, where creatives went head-to-head performing their original music.
Then COVID hit and everything shifted.
Being stuck inside forced me to slow down. I started reading more, writing more, and diving deep into the journals I’ve kept my entire life. Journaling has always been my therapy, my mirror, my portal. And during that time, I started sharing my thoughts, music, healing journey, and raw reflections online.
That’s when The Reheal Baddies were born.
TRB isn’t just a platform, it’s a movement. It’s culture, healing, wellness, entertainment, and elevation all in one. Through music, pop culture commentary, spiritual insight, and real-life transparency, I like to use my voice and platform to motivate, inspire, and of course entertain.
What started as me sharing my truth has grown into not only a business but a community. With me reaching over 700K Reheal Baddies across platforms my goal is to continue to build, grow and connect. I am honestly just getting started.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth ride and I wouldn’t even try to pretend like it has. One of my biggest challenges has been learning how to scale my business without losing my integrity or my authenticity as an artist… because at my core, that’s exactly what I am. But trying to build something bigger while staying true to my voice, my vision, and my values takes intention. And being the first in my family to create a business rooted in creativity and self-expression means there isn’t really a blueprint to follow. There’s not much guidance, just faith, discernment, and a whole lot of trial and error.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am an artist, creative, and entrepreneur and at my core, all three are intertwined. My main platform is TikTok, where I’ve built a community of over 700K Reheal Baddies. Through that platform, I’ve partnered with brands like Bloom Nutrition, ALLBLK, Wisp, As I Am, and I’ve even collaborated with Kim Kimble. The celebrity hairstylist to the stars. Each partnership has aligned with my brand’s focus on wellness, culture, and authenticity.
Within my community, I’m probably most recognized for my song “Anti Busters,” which has surpassed 100,000 streams, and for my live-streamed podcast, Reheal Baddie Radio, which I hosted every Sunday exclusively on TikTok. Those spaces allowed me to blend music, cultural commentary, and real-time connection in a way that felt raw and unfiltered.
Unfortunately, my mother passed away last October, and that loss required me to step back from streaming toward the end of 2025. Grief reshapes you. It forces reflection. But as the creator economy continues to expand, I feel both ready and called to return and I know my Reheal Baddies are ready too.
What I’m most proud of, though, isn’t the numbers or the collaborations it’s my point of view. That’s what truly sets me apart. We live in a world where women, and especially Black women are constantly pressured to conform. Change your hair. Alter your body. Adjust your tone. Follow the trend. It can start to feel like everyone has the same look, the same sound, the same script.
What makes the Reheal Baddies different is simple: we keep it Reheal. From astrology to neuroscience. From unpacking generational trauma to healing our relationships with our mothers. From pop culture to saying the uncomfortable truths out loud. We are different because we choose to see the world differently. And in a culture that rewards conformity, The Reheal Baddies choose to stand out.
Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
What I love the most about the city is that everyone is a go getter. Its very easy to be inspired when everyone around you is working towards something. What I like the least would probably be that because everyone seems to be working towards their own goals it can sometimes be hard to find community.
