Today we’d like to introduce you to Dj Bivins II.

Hi Dj, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started trying a different style just because I saw that everyone around me and in my area was starting to look too much alike. I decided one day to just try out a new style and make a video of it to see how it would do. I started having a passion for clothes beyond the type I was wearing before I tried out the baggy streetwear style. I kept posting videos on social media, watching my audience grow, and brand partnerships started coming in. The more consistent I became, the more I started to gain on my social media, bringing in millions of views. I started using my creativity with my outfits and started incorporating that in my creative direction skill, helping other brands market themselves in a way that would catch eyes and grow sales. That experience, being in the fashion influencer industry, played a major role in my current aspirations of being in the marketing industry.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I have had numerous struggles on my journey, but I was told growing up that nothing good comes easy. Some struggles I personally had were remaining disciplined, giving my energy to things that didn’t contribute to my purpose, and not putting myself first when I should have.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I model clothing brands looking to expand their growth, assist with creative directions for photography/videography, and market businesses and brands. I am known for modeling brands and having a creative mind that benefits those who use my ideas. What sets me apart from others is my character and my wisdom. My way of thinking and the morals I stand on are what people are attracted to.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
What makes me happy is seeing growth in my life from where I am today compared to where I used to be. Just knowing that I am elevating and further than where I was is what keeps me going on a day to day basis.
