Conversations with Tiana Daugett

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiana Daugett.

Hi Tiana, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I grew up in the church, and serving God has never been something I “added” to my life; it has always been the center of it. From a young age, my greatest desire has been to please Him in everything I do. That foundation shaped not just my character, but every dream I’ve pursued.
My first love was dance. I didn’t just enjoy it, I lived it. I began choreographing and performing for church services, youth events, conferences, and community gatherings. Dance became my language of worship. It was how I expressed devotion, discipline, and creativity all at once. Eventually, I began teaching, and that’s when I realized I didn’t just love performing, I loved pouring into other young women and helping them grow in both skill and confidence.
Training to stay strong for dance led me to fall in love with fitness. I began to understand the biblical principle of stewardship, that our bodies are temples. Fitness shifted from aesthetics to obedience. That passion grew into Kingdom Fitness, my faith-centered personal fitness training company, where I help women feel confident in the body God gave them and teach them how to care for it physically and spiritually. I became certified and transitioned into online training, combining workouts with mindset, discipline, and biblical encouragement. My goal has always been to help women feel strong without compromising their values. To see themselves how God sees them and to teach them how to be a good steward of the body God has given them.
At the same time, I’ve always been deeply creative. In 9th grade, I joined the film club and fell in love with film and photography. What started as curiosity turned into Royalty Media Productions, LLC. A full creative media company offering photography, videography, graphic design, and storytelling services. In 2020, I officially turned it into a profitable business. I’ve always believed that excellence honors God, so I approach every project with that standard.
Writing became another outlet for me. At 17, I became a co-author of Daughters of Triumph in 2018. That experience showed me that my voice mattered. In 2023, I self-published my short story My Love, and later that same year, right before my 22nd birthday, I released Thoughts of a Sold Out Princess, a book that reflects my heart for purity, identity, and wholehearted devotion to God. I’m currently working on my next book, continuing to build stories that encourage believers to live boldly and biblically.
Beyond that, I’m also building mentorship programs for young girls, developing creative film projects, and expanding my brands under RP Enterprises, because I don’t just want to succeed; I want to build a legacy.
If I had to summarize my journey, it would be this: every passion I’ve pursued, dance, fitness, film, writing, entrepreneurship, they all flow from one place. I love God deeply, and I want my life to reflect that love in action. Everything I build is an offering back to Him.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
There have definitely been challenges. One of the biggest challenges has been learning how to build multiple businesses while still growing personally and spiritually. I’m naturally creative. I love vision, ideas, and building, but entrepreneurship forces you to learn discipline, structure, finances, marketing, and patience. There were seasons where I had big dreams but limited resources. I had to bootstrap a lot, reinvest everything back into my businesses, and trust God through slow growth instead of overnight success.
Another challenge has been navigating purpose at a young age. Becoming a published author at 17, launching Royalty Media Productions, and stepping into leadership roles early meant I had to mature quickly. Not everyone understands your vision when you’re young and faith-driven. I’ve had to learn how to stay confident in what God told me, even when others didn’t see it yet.
There have also been internal battles; comparisons, self-doubt, and wondering if I was doing enough or moving fast enough. Social media can make it look like everyone else is winning instantly. I had to learn that obedience is more important than visibility. I don’t measure success by how loud it looks; I measure it by whether I’m aligned.
In fitness specifically, I’ve also faced the challenge of standing firm in my values. The industry often pushes immodesty or aesthetics over health. I’ve been intentional about building Kingdom Fitness in a way that honors God and encourages women to feel strong without compromising their standards. That hasn’t always been the easiest route, but it’s been the right one.
And creatively, there have been technical struggles; learning film production, mastering editing software, refining my photography, and balancing client work with my own projects. But every struggle stretched me. Every setback sharpened me.
If anything, the road hasn’t been smooth, but it’s been purposeful. The challenges have built resilience, discipline, and deeper faith. And I’ve learned that growth rarely feels glamorous while you’re in it, but it’s always worth it.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m a creative entrepreneur, author, and faith-based fitness coach, but at the core of everything I do, I’m a storyteller and a builder.
Through Kingdom Fitness, I specialize in helping women strengthen both their bodies and their spiritual discipline. I create structured fitness programs rooted in biblical stewardship, confidence, and identity. I’m known for promoting modesty, self-respect, and strength without compromise. My approach isn’t about chasing trends; it’s about sustainability, mindset, and honoring God through how we treat our bodies. I focus heavily on discipline, structure, and long-term transformation rather than quick fixes.
Through Royalty Media Productions LLC, I specialize in photography, videography, and creative storytelling. I’m known for bringing excellence and intentionality to every project, whether it’s headshots, branding visuals, short films, or creative media. I don’t just capture images; I help people communicate identity and purpose visually. It is my goal to move forward as a movie production company as well. I want to create high-quality, Christian films that encourage and edify other believers.
As an author, I write faith-centered books that focus on identity, purity, purpose, and wholehearted devotion to God. Becoming a published co-author at 17 with Daughters of Triumph was a milestone for me. Later releasing My Love, and Thoughts of a Sold Out Princess, right before turning 22, felt like stepping fully into my voice. I’m currently working on my next project, continuing to build stories that encourage people to live boldly and biblically.
I’m also proud of the mentorship and youth initiatives I’m developing. Pouring into the next generation of young women, teaching virtue, discipline, creativity, and confidence, is deeply important to me.
What sets me apart is that everything I do flows from one foundation: my faith. I don’t compartmentalize my life into “business” and “God.” My brands exist because of my faith; they’re not separate from it. I build with intentionality, excellence, and long-term vision. I care about legacy, not just success.
I think what I’m most proud of is not just what I’ve built, but how I’ve built it. Without compromising my values, even when it would’ve been easier to. Every platform I grow, every book I release, every client I serve is ultimately an offering back to God.

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
The quality that has been most important to my success is discipline, rooted in obedience to God.
Talent can open a door. Creativity can spark ideas. But discipline is what sustains growth when motivation fades. I’ve learned that consistency matters more than hype. Whether it’s waking up early to train, editing late into the night for a film project, finishing a manuscript when no one sees the behind-the-scenes work, or showing up for clients with excellence, discipline has carried me through.
But for me, discipline isn’t just about productivity. It’s spiritual. It’s choosing obedience over convenience. It’s staying aligned with my values even when compromise would be easier or more profitable. In industries like fitness and media, there’s constant pressure to follow trends or present yourself in ways that attract attention. Discipline has helped me stay rooted in modesty, integrity, and long-term vision rather than short-term validation.
Another characteristic closely tied to that is resilience. I’ve had seasons of slow growth, financial stretching, creative doubt, and comparison. But I don’t quit easily. When I believe God has placed something in my heart, I steward it faithfully, even when the results aren’t immediate.
Ultimately, my success comes from a deep desire to please God above all else. That desire shapes my work ethic, my standards, and my decisions. When your foundation is obedience and discipline, you’re not easily shaken, and that steadiness has been one of my greatest strengths.
