Hi Armando, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I , Armando Rodriguez, started our family legacy of Cuernavaca, immigrating from Mexico to the US to fulfill the entrepreneurial dream for generations to come. Through a trajectory from washing dishes to having a career in business administration, I was able to open Cuernavaca in 1990. In the journey, there were ups and downs, but our family prevailed admit the challenges, All throughout the 35 years in business, Cuernavaca Grill served the community of Lawrenceville with exceptional food and service.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Our lifespan of our business of over 3 decades, we surpassed generations and eras. From overcoming crisis, recession of ‘08 to COVID 2020, haters and many other setbacks, we came back, pivoted , adapted, and conquered.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We operated a family owned Mexican Restaurant successfully for over 3 decades. Engendering an outstanding experience from entertainment with fresh delicious food and beverages, along with specializing in events.

Are there any books, apps, podcasts or blogs that help you do your best?
The Bible is our pivotal focal point and our guide, from learning how to deal and operate our business and life and assisting in surpassing adversity.
