Meet Leslie “Lady K” Weeks of Savannah, Ga

Today we’d like to introduce you to Leslie “Lady K” Weeks.

Hi Leslie “Lady K”, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My name is Leslie, but I go by Lady K. I’m from Savannah, Ga and it’s where my modeling journey began over 15 years ago with Sirens Imaging.
Modeling has given me a way to be unapologetically me and show the world that I don’t need permission to take up space when I enter into a room. After years of freelancing I decided it was time to share my experience with other individuals looking to get into modeling or those wanting to elevate their confidence, thus T.I.M.B. (This Is My Beautiful) was founded. This Is My Beautiful was created to help others build their confidence from the ground up, walk into their purpose and claim their power.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The biggest challenges I’ve faced with my business has been staying consistent with content while also building and maintaining my clientele. As a growing brand, balancing the creative side of marketing with the hands-on work of coaching takes discipline and planning. However, those challenges have taught me the importance of structure, persistence, and showing up for my brand even on the days when it feels challenging.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
As founder of T.I.M.B., I bring over 15 years of professional modeling experience to my clients. I have walked countless runways, trained under industry experts, and developed my own signature coaching style that blends confidence, control, and charisma. Through T.I.M.B. I empowered empowered 0others to discover their inner beauty and strength one stride at a time. I believe what sets me apart is my commitment to leading by example. As an active freelance model, I bring real, hands-on industry experience into my coaching sessions. Through my brand, T.I.M.B. (This Is My Beautiful) I focus on helping clients build genuine confidence and presence, ensuring they don’t just learn how to walk, but understand how to show up boldly and fearlessly as themselves.

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I wouldn’t say my journey has been built on chance. Every casting call I’ve attended and every opportunity I’ve pursued came from intentional research, preparation, and putting in the work behind the scenes. However, I do consider myself incredibly lucky to have a mother who has always poured into me, as she continues to do til this day, and believed in my potential from a very young age. She saw the star in me before I fully saw it in myself, and she’s the one who first introduced me to modeling. Her belief in me gives me the confidence to pursue this path, and that foundation has played a huge role in where I am today.
