Hi Neisha , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started Prestigious Tax Services in 2015 with a simple goal to help people feel less stressed and more confident when it comes to their taxes. What began as me helping friends, family, and a few referrals quickly grew into something much bigger through trust, consistency, and results.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with all types of clients from individuals filing basic returns to small business owners trying to figure it all out. I realized early on that people don’t just need someone to file their taxes, they need someone who can explain things, answer their questions, and genuinely look out for them.

As I grew, so did my knowledge and services. I began helping more business owners, handling Schedule C filings, and supporting clients through audits and complex situations. I take pride in making sure my clients are not only taken care of during tax season, but understand what’s going on year-round.

Today, Prestigious Tax Services is built on relationships, not just transactions. My goal has always been to provide a service that feels professional but personal where my clients feel supported, informed, and confident about their financial future.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Like most businesses, there were a lot of learning curves, especially in the beginning. Building credibility, gaining clients, and figuring out how to price my services properly were all challenges I had to work through over time.

One of the biggest struggles was educating clients. Many people don’t fully understand taxes, so I had to learn how to not only do the work, but also explain it in a way that made sense and built trust. There were also moments of pressure especially during tax season managing high volumes of clients while making sure everything stayed accurate and compliant.

As I started working with more small business owners, things became even more complex. Navigating Schedule C filings, handling losses, and staying on top of constantly changing tax laws required me to continuously learn and adapt.

There were also the typical challenges of entrepreneurship slow seasons, inconsistent income in the early years, and wearing multiple hats in the business. But those experiences helped me grow, sharpen my skills, and build a stronger foundation.

Looking back, every challenge played a role in shaping how I operate today. It pushed me to become more knowledgeable, more patient, and more intentional about the level of service I provide to my clients.

I define success as impact, consistency, and growth not just financially, but in the way I’m able to serve others.

For me, success isn’t just about numbers or how many clients I have. It’s about the trust my clients place in me and knowing that I’ve helped them feel more confident and secure about their finances. When someone leaves my service understanding their taxes better than when they came in, that’s success to me.

Success also looks like growth continuously learning, improving, and building something that lasts. From where I started in 2015 to where I am today, being able to expand my services, grow my client base, and establish a strong, respected brand is something I’m proud of.

At the same time, success means balance and stability creating a business that not only supports my clients, but also provides freedom, security, and opportunity for myself and my future.

Overall, success to me is about building something meaningful, staying consistent, and making a real difference in the lives of the people I serve.
