Daily Inspiration: Meet Mariah Moorer

Today we’d like to introduce you to Mariah Moorer.

Hi Mariah, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey has always lived at the intersection of faith, influence, and intention. Professionally, I built my career in global marketing within the beauty and fashion industry, contributing to brands like Estée Lauder, L’Oréal, BET, and Macy’s—where I developed a strong foundation in storytelling, consumer insight, and building brands that resonate on a global scale.

Alongside that, I’ve always carried a deep call to ministry. For over eight years, I’ve served as an evangelist—preaching, teaching, and leading others into deeper relationship with God. Over time, I realized my assignment wasn’t to choose between the boardroom and the altar, but to bridge both.

That revelation led me to create Mariah’s Diamonds, a girl empowerment platform dedicated to forming girls and young women in faith, confidence, and identity through intentional experiences and mentorship. One of the most powerful expressions of that vision is the Little Ladies Luncheon—a multi-city and global experience that brings together young girls and their mothers for intentional moments of empowerment, mentorship, and identity-building. What started as a single gathering has quickly grown into a movement, with expansion across cities and growing international interest.

In this same season, I’ve also been writing my first daily devotional for young girls, titled Let’s Get Dressed—a faith-based guide that teaches biblical principles through everyday routines, helping girls develop confidence, character, and a relationship with God from an early age.

Today, my work is centered on building a global ecosystem that shapes how girls see themselves—spiritually grounded, confident, and deeply aware of their worth. Every step of my journey, from corporate spaces to ministry platforms, has prepared me to do exactly that.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road—and I think that’s been one of the most refining parts of my journey.

Professionally, I’ve navigated moments of transition, uncertainty, and environments that challenged me to grow quickly. Being in high-performance, global roles taught me excellence, but it also required resilience—learning how to trust my voice, stand confidently in my ideas, and keep going even when things didn’t unfold the way I expected. At the same time, I’ve had the humbling experience of achieving milestones many people spend decades working toward—and doing so before the age of 30. While that’s something I’m deeply grateful for, it’s also come with its own pressures, expectations, and the need to stay grounded in who I am beyond accomplishments.

On a more personal level, building something that’s deeply tied to purpose—like Mariah’s Diamonds and the Little Ladies Luncheon—has stretched me in completely different ways. There’s a level of faith required when you’re building vision without always having immediate resources, structure, or clear precedent. I’ve had to navigate funding questions, building a team from the ground up, and learning how to scale something that started as a calling into a sustainable, multi-city and global experience.

There have also been internal battles—moments of doubt, waiting seasons, and learning how to release control and trust God’s timing, especially when it comes to both purpose and personal life. But those seasons have been just as important as the wins. They’ve built my character, deepened my faith, and sharpened my clarity around what I’m truly called to do.

Looking back, I don’t think I would change the challenges. They’ve been the very things that shaped the strength, conviction, and vision I carry today.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m a global marketing professional and evangelist whose work sits at the intersection of luxury, storytelling, and cultural impact. I specialize in fragrance—particularly within the luxury space—and have had the opportunity to lead and support global strategy and development across brands like Estée Lauder, L’Oréal, BET, and Macy’s. Most notably, my work on Tom Ford Beauty’s Private Blend fragrance collection helped shape how ultra-luxury scent is positioned, marketed, and experienced globally.

I’m known for my ability to translate consumer insight and data into compelling narratives—building fragrance concepts that feel intentional, elevated, and emotionally resonant. Whether it’s developing product stories, guiding go-to-market strategy, or influencing how a fragrance shows up at retail, I bring both analytical rigor and creative intuition to the process.

Beyond the corporate space, I’m the founder of Mariah’s Diamonds, a girl empowerment platform dedicated to forming confident, faith-filled young women. I also convene the Little Ladies Luncheon, a multi-city and growing global experience designed to pour into young girls and their mothers through mentorship, identity-building, and community.

Most recently, I’ve expanded into authorship, writing my first daily devotional for young girls, Let’s Get Dressed, which teaches biblical principles through everyday routines.

What I’m most proud of is my ability to build across spaces—bridging luxury and purpose, the boardroom and the altar—while remaining deeply intentional about impact. What sets me apart is my perspective: I don’t just build brands, I build meaning—creating experiences and stories that leave a lasting impression both commercially and spiritually.

What are your plans for the future?
I’m in a really exciting building season right now. A big focus for me is continuing to scale Mariah’s Diamonds into a global ecosystem—expanding the Little Ladies Luncheon as a multi-city and international experience, while also deepening the year-round touchpoints we have with girls and young women through mentorship, programming, and digital community.
I’m also looking forward to officially launching my first daily devotional for young girls, Let’s Get Dressed, and continuing to develop resources that help shape identity, confidence, and faith from an early age. That’s just the beginning of a broader vision to create formative tools and experiences that grow with them through different life stages.
On the professional side, I’m excited about stepping into my next chapter within the fragrance and beauty space—continuing to build and influence brands at a high level, while bringing an even stronger perspective around storytelling, culture, and consumer connection.
Overall, my focus is on scale and impact—expanding what I’ve started into something that reaches globally, while staying rooted in intention. I’m really looking forward to what it looks like to build something that lasts, both in the marketplace and in people’s lives.
