Hi Javon, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started my career early on crazy to say, but that experience opened the door to everything that came after it. From there, I stepped into TV Jerry springer than entrepreneurship by running a clothing boutique for women, kids, and men while also hosting major pop-up shops and events YouTube 20vs 1 with chief keef , charlston white , woody and many more had some cameos on baddies Africa and Druski couldabeen records season 2 also hosting on major red carpet as media host and a event coordinator while begin on season 1 of industry girl szn 1 as a industry leader on Tronix network partner with wack 100.

After building myself in business, I entered the entertainment industry through background dancing for artists and performing at events as a dancer for a period of time. That journey eventually expanded into over 30+ services and partnerships with brands and studios including So.Luxe, GMG, LoudHouse Studios, Ripdamic Studios, Baghead Distribution, and New Heights all while continuing to build my own empire through DiamondSlayageX Events and my casting agency, Diamond Curves Beauties, created to empower curvy women.

I’ve always loved being in front of the camera, being the face, and creating unforgettable moments. The experiences I’ve had feel unreal at times, but I stay grateful because I came from a strong home and family that taught me determination and resilience. I manifested becoming a successful business owner with a strong mindset, and as a plus-size entrepreneur in this industry, I know the journey is not always easy but I made it look possible.

I’m paving the way for other women to believe in themselves, step into their confidence, and chase what belongs to them. I have my degree, I’m book smart, and I truly believe that what’s meant for me will always find me.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Success is never easy. Chasing greatness comes with betrayals, failures, disappointments, and dealing with people you still have to work around and see every day. When you’re a leader, business is business you have to stay focused no matter the pain. Every struggle I faced turned into motivation and success.

I’m thankful for every relationship, every supporter, and every person who trusts and believes in me. The people growing with me now are building something bigger than themselves. I’m all about growth, elevation, and creating opportunities. With so many artists and clients using my services, I have to be the brains behind the scenes making sure everybody receives real business, real quality, and real results.

Anything hard is a lesson. If it comes too easy, it usually won’t last. Consistency, pressure, sacrifice, and discipline create longevity. I’m thankful for every loss because every loss taught me how to win smarter. That’s why I continue to level up.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Growing up it was a suburb neighborhood I had friends I was around all the circles I never picked in choose what’s for me always been for me I don’t care to be around a click of bullies or weird energies or even just forced I’m organic at all times I’m fun always loved music won contest always loved a challenge always been hard working business is always a pleasure helping my clients is a blessing I’m not holding back on giving opportunities to the right artists
