Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road—and I think that’s what has shaped me the most.
Migrating to the U.S. in 2013 came with its own challenges, adjusting to a new system, building stability from scratch, and learning how to navigate opportunities without an established network. There were moments where I had to figure things out on my own, especially early on.
In my healthcare career, the challenge was balancing growth with responsibility. Moving into leadership roles in patient safety and quality meant handling high-pressure situations, making critical decisions, and being accountable for outcomes that truly impact people’s lives.
Transitioning into real estate brought a different set of challenges. Starting in a new market like Atlanta without a large sphere of influence meant I had to be very intentional about building relationships, learning lead generation systems, and staying consistent even when results weren’t immediate. There were moments of doubt, especially when outreach didn’t convert right away, but I stayed disciplined and focused on improving my approach.
