Check Out Dae Manson’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dae Manson.

Hi Dae, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started doing music as a way to deal with things that happen in my life. Pain and love and mistakes and getting better. At first it was not about being perfect it was about being real. I was trying out sounds trying to find my own voice while going through good times and bad times.

As time went on I started taking music seriously. I looked at artists who can mix feelings with telling stories. I started making my own style that shows I can be vulnerable and confident at the same time. My music is a mix of rap and street music, where I can talk about relationships and struggles and getting better in a way that people can really feel.

Now I am getting better at music and, at life. I am building my music brand making my sound better and doing things regularly. Everything I do has a reason. I am not just making music I am telling my story. It is still happening and I am focused on getting better at everything I do. Music is a part of my life and I am always trying to make it better.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
My journey has not been easy. It has been a road.

A lot of my life has been shaped by the pressure of life. I have had to deal with money problems trying to be consistent without having everything I need and figuring things out without a plan. There were times when I had to think about survival which made it hard to focus on my music. It is hard to think about music when you’re worried about money or if you will be okay or what you will do next.

My relationships have also been tough. Dealing with people I care about. The ups and downs that come with it has definitely changed me. Not just as a person but in my music too. Sometimes these situations can inspire me. They can completely throw me off track.

Another big problem I have had is staying focused and not giving up. It is hard to keep going when I do not see results away or when things are not going my way. It makes me wonder if I am doing enough or if it will ever work out.

At the same time all these problems have helped me find my sound and my way of thinking. They have given me things to talk about in my music. I will not say my journey has been easy.. It has been necessary, for the person I am becoming. My music and I have been shaped by these experiences and I am still learning from them my music is a part of me.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I work in the security field, where my main job’s to make sure everyone is safe and aware of what is going on around them. I have to pay attention to everything make quick decisions and keep my cool when things get tough. Every day is unique. I have to be ready for anything and be able to adjust to new situations.

My specialty is being aware of what’s happening and preventing problems before they start. It is not about using force it is about understanding people and knowing how to talk to them. I have gotten really good at staying calm and resolving situations without making things worse. Security is what I do. I take security very seriously.

I am really proud of how much I have grown and learned to be more responsible. Working in security has taught me to be more patient to think before I act and to stay focused. I have learned how to handle situations and make good decisions when it really matters. Security is a part of my life and I am always trying to improve my skills in security.

What makes me different is the way I think. I do not just go through the motions I am always engaged and thinking about what might happen. I know that people are counting on me to keep them safe even if they do not say it loud and that is something I take very seriously in my security work. I care about security. I am committed to doing my best every time I am, on the job doing security work.

Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
you’re just starting out, I’d say don’t come in thinking you’ve got it all figured out. I definitely didn’t. It takes time to really understand what you’re doing, especially in security where every situation can be different.

One thing I had to learn is to stay calm, even when things get weird or tense. Not everything needs a reaction, and sometimes just being level headed can change how a whole situation plays out.

Also, pay attention to everything not just what’s right in front of you. A lot of the job is just being aware and picking up on small things before they turn into bigger problems. That’s something you only really get better at with time and experience.

And honestly, some days are boring, some days are stressful it’s not always exciting like people might think. But if you stay consistent, show up, and actually care about doing your job right, you’ll stand out without even trying.

I’d also say protect your name. People notice how you carry yourself, especially in this kind of work. Being reliable and solid goes a long way.
