Inspiring Conversations with Emmanuel Casimir of E.P. Exclusives

Today we’d like to introduce you to Emmanuel Casimir.

Hi Emmanuel, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My fascination for men’s fashion started at a very young age in Haiti. I loved suits and my Mother would always get me different ones for weddings. That fascination grew and I got a job in a Custom Suit store. This opened my eyes to the world of customs and I never looked back. Now I own my own business here in Atlanta. I work with all types of clients, from pastors, athletes, grooms and others who like to have a nice Suit.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
To be great at Custom suiting, it takes a lot of studying the industry, making mistakes and learning from them along the way. It was also a struggle finding the right suppliers and people to have on my team. Just like everything else, it’s a process. You must start and you can’t quit.

For anyone just starting out I’d recommend to keep trying different fabric suppliers until they find one that makes the process very streamlined. Your process is very important.
