Hi Sharquez, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started Queztination LLC because I always knew I wanted more for myself and wanted to create something I could truly call my own. I’ve always had a passion for beauty, and entrepreneurship.

I went to school for Cosmetology and Esthetics; so I decided to turn those interests into a business and brand that represents confidence, ambition, and creativity.

My journey hasn’t been perfect, and there were definitely times when things moved slower than I wanted, but I never gave up on myself. I kept learning, growing, and finding new ways to expand my vision. Every challenge taught me how important consistency, patience, and self-belief really are.

Today, I’m proud of how far I’ve come and excited for where I’m going.

Queztination LLC is more than just a business to me—it’s proof that when you stay focused and keep pushing, you can build the life and brand you dream about.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely has not been a completely smooth road. Like many entrepreneurs, I’ve faced challenges such as limited resources, balancing personal life with business goals, and moments of self-doubt. There were times when progress felt slow or when I questioned if everything I was putting into my business would pay off.

One of the biggest struggles was learning how to stay consistent even when results weren’t immediate. Building a brand takes patience, dedication, and a lot of faith.

I also had to learn how to wear many hats at once—being the owner, marketer, planner, and creative mind behind everything.

Even with those challenges, every obstacle taught me something valuable. They helped me become stronger, wiser, and more determined. Looking back, the struggles were part of shaping me into the businesswoman I am today.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m the founder of Queztination LLC, and my work focuses on building a lifestyle brand that connects beauty, fashion, and entrepreneurship. Through Queztination, I offer a variety of products including beauty essentials, hair and lash items, and fashion pieces through Quezique Boutique. I also work in the travel space and affiliate marketing, helping people access opportunities to earn and explore more freedom in their lives.

What I specialize in is branding and creating multiple streams of income in a way that feels authentic and aligned with my lifestyle. I’m known for my consistency, my creativity, and the way I use social media to build and promote my businesses while staying true to my personality and energy.

What I’m most proud of is the fact that I started from an idea and turned it into something real that continues to grow. Every step forward, no matter how small, represents discipline and belief in myself.

What sets me apart is that I don’t limit myself to just one lane. I’m building a full brand and lifestyle, and I’m very hands-on in everything I do. I genuinely care about growth, not just for myself but for others who are inspired by my journey and want to start their own.

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
Something surprising most people might not know about me is that I’m actually very introverted when I’m not in “business mode.” A lot of people see me online building my brand, promoting, and staying active, but behind the scenes I’m really someone who enjoys quiet time, reflecting, and planning everything carefully before I move.

I don’t always show the full process of how much thinking, praying, and organizing goes into my decisions. Before I make any business move, I really take my time to make sure it aligns with my vision and where I’m trying to go.

So while my brand may look very bold and active on the outside, a lot of it is built from a calm, focused, and very intentional mindset behind the scenes.
