Today we’d like to introduce you to Osharia Daley.

Hi Osharia, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I’ve always been drawn to helping people through major life transitions, even before I officially entered real estate.

My journey started in financing, where I gained insight into the financial side of homeownership, and later moved into home inspection marketing, which gave me a deeper understanding of homes and the process behind the scenes.

As a mom and business owner, I’ve learned how to balance many roles and embrace growth through different seasons of life. Those experiences led me to real estate because I wanted to create a more personal impact and help people through one of the biggest decisions they’ll make.

Today, I’m focused on building a business centered around relationships, service, and helping people navigate life’s big changes. Every step of my journey has played a role in getting me to where I am today.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road, but every challenge has shaped me in a meaningful way.

One of my biggest transitions came in 2023 when I made the shift from my pediatric dental career into mortgage financing, while also studying to become a Realtor.

Around that same time, I was 9 months pregnant, and I was navigating a lot of change all at once… career shifts, financial pressure, and preparing for a new chapter as a mom.

There were moments where things felt uncertain financially, but I stayed focused and kept pushing forward. I was blessed with an opportunity in insurance that helped me stay stable and keep things moving during that season.

Through it all, I stayed committed to my goal of becoming a Realtor and ended up passing my real estate exam on the first try while 9 months pregnant.

Looking back, it wasn’t easy, but it strengthened my resilience and confirmed that I was on the right path.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
My business is built around one core mission: helping people move through life’s biggest transitions with clarity, confidence, and care.

I operate under two connected brands. Move With Courtesy focuses on my day-to-day real estate services for buyers, sellers, and renters, while Courtesy Home Investors represents my long-term vision of helping clients think beyond the move and into future investment and wealth-building opportunities through real estate.

With Move With Courtesy, I specialize in guiding first-time buyers, relocating families, sellers, and renters through a smooth and informed process.

I’m very hands-on and focused on education and communication so my clients always feel supported and confident in every step.

What sets me apart is my background in financing, home inspection marketing, and insurance, which gives me a full-circle understanding of the homeownership journey. I don’t just focus on closing deals, I focus on helping clients make informed decisions that align with both their present and future goals.

What I’m most proud of is that my brand is rooted in service. “Courtesy” isn’t just a name, it’s how I operate in every interaction and every client experience.

What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is that God’s timing is everything. Even when things didn’t unfold the way I expected, I’ve learned to trust that there is purpose in every season and that things come together exactly when they’re supposed to.

I’ve also learned that showing up with my best effort, care, and heart in everything I do is what truly keeps my business growing. People remember how you make them feel, and I try to lead with service in every interaction.

Mistakes are also part of the journey. Instead of letting them discourage me, I’ve learned to grow from them, adjust, and keep pushing forward. And through it all, staying grounded in my faith and God’s word has been the foundation that keeps me focused, resilient, and aligned with my purpose.
