Hi 300 Rez, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My name is 300 REZ AKA Fat Swag, I am a creative from Daytona Beach, FL, but currently resides in Atlanta, GA. I am 28 years old & addicted to fashion. In 2011, I came up with a brand “Coolie Collection” & I haven’t looked back since. I actually just took a step back from music to focus on my brand & also myself as a brand. My group 300lbs of Guwop has done songs with Lil Wayne, Stunna 4 Vegas & the list goes on. I just released my own shoe the “C1” which is major!!!!! I’m currently focusing on pushing the Narrative “FAT SWAG IS POSSIBLE” encouraging all bigger guys & women that is it possible for us to get fly & be confident.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
NOTHING IS SMOOTH !!!! Once you grasp that u good, You just have to change your mindset & release obstacles are 100% normal, I’ve lost thousands, spent thousands, missed opportunities because of covid, things didn’t go as planned, but it can say everything happened for a reason.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m a CEO, I own a brand called COOLIE COLLECTION, I have employees & team that are behind me to help get us to the next level. I’m most known for previous music & also being an overweight dripper, which hasn’t been really done before if you think about it. The most thing I’m proud of is that I haven’t gave up, I always find ways to reinvent myself & continue to push my narrative. What makes me different? That’s simple I’m an overweight, plus-size guy puts that s**t on daily, motivation other big guys to do the same…
Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
SAVE YOUR MONEY !!! YOUR MONEY WILL SAVE YOU !!! Always be yourself, originality will always take you far. I wish I woulda known it wasn’t going to be easy, but I’m going to let you know now if you want to be here for the long haul it won’t be.
