Hi Briana, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey with Beautify Your Brand & Co. began with my lifelong passion for creativity, rooted in childhood days spent drawing and painting. When I discovered digital art in college, graphic design became my calling.
After graduation, I dreamed of living in New York and working for a top magazine, but then the economy took a hit. I ended up working in government, where administrative duties overshadowed my creative pursuits. It was a challenging time, but it taught me resilience.
In 2018, prompted by a strong sense of purpose, I founded Briana Jazmin Creative LLC, later rebranded as Beautify Your Brand & Co. Since then, we’ve grown steadily, completing over 500 branding projects nationwide.
We’ve been fortunate to work with notable clients, including Keurig, an NFL player and Super Bowl champion, and our influential clients have been featured in Forbes and CNN, which has been incredibly rewarding. Each experience has shaped both myself and my business, reinforcing my commitment to helping clients achieve success through effective branding.
Today, my focus remains on empowering businesses to stand out through creative and authentic branding. I believe in the transformative power of design and am dedicated to pushing boundaries with every project.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but every challenge has been a learning experience. Starting out, one of the biggest challenges was navigating the financial uncertainties of running a business. Cash flow issues often made it tough to invest in necessary resources and sustain growth.
Balancing the demands of running a business while working a full-time job was also incredibly challenging. There were times when burnout hit hard, forcing temporary closures and even impacting my health. Learning to prioritize self-care and finding a better balance has been crucial.
Another hurdle was establishing credibility and gaining trust in a competitive market. Building a client base from scratch meant proving ourselves with each project and overcoming doubts. However, each success and positive client experience helped us build momentum and reputation.
Overall, while the journey has had its share of challenges, each obstacle has strengthened my resolve and taught valuable lessons that continue to shape Beautify Your Brand & Co.
