Today we’d like to introduce you to Caron Jones.
Hi Caron, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
It started when I was 21 years old, I always had a desire in helping people feeling better about themselves and helping them to overcome obstacles, disappointments, setbacks and drama in their lives. I further my desire by attending seminary school where I receive my Master’s degree. Today I am a Senior Pastor also an entrepreneur, a certified life coach and an author that written two books Stuck In The Style and A Time Od Refreshing, The President of Women organization Girls that stand that provides help to Women and Children Shelter. Also, I feed over two hundred people monthly with food in our community. Also, I am Chaplain at Emory Hospital helping those that are sick and suffering with COV 19 or any other type of drama. . I also served Doctors and Nursers at Emory Eastside and Gwinnett Medical Hospital in the time of the pandemic… I have dedicated my life in serving others and my community.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not been a smooth road because while helping others, I had to deal with my own drama, The death of my daughter who died in the emergency room and the death of my husband preaching the gospel one Sunday morning he looked at me and said honey I am down and he fell out behind the pulpit, and closed his eyes and went straight to sleep. I still was helping others and serving others in the midst of my own drama. I have learned to push through it.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am a Senior Pastor and Life Coach and Chaplain. I counsel people at church at the hospital and private life coach, I am known for the go to person for direction and wise counsel, the helper, the pusher, I am proud of watching people overcome and seeing them winning, seeing them pushing through this thing call life. What sets me apart from others is caring and sharing.
