Today we’d like to introduce you to Chasmine Iyonna. Them and their team share their story with us below:
From very humble beginnings as a teen mom and college dropout, Chasmine Iyonna has a tremendous amount of years being a Global Entrepreneur. She turned her hustle mentality to ultimately starting multiple businesses and brands over the years. Despite many challenges, Chasmine has trusted God in leading her in every avenue of her life. Chasmine has proven herself to now being a trusted voice, coach, mentor, philanthropist and leader for many woman and young ladies throughout the nation. In 2017 Chasmine begin her career as a Celebrity Makeup Artist. Her work was featured on Growing Up Hip Hop Atlanta, Love and Hip-Hop New York, WE-TV, BET Awards, The Word Network, Music Videos, and countless movies. Chasmine started with a total of 15 Brand Ambassadors who she mentored and coached into starting their own brands and businesses.
In 2022 Chasmine launched her very own Global Mall with 1-VoiceWorldwide. She is now mentoring young ladies and coaching them into becoming Global Entrepreneurs while overcoming obstacles and life’s Challenges. She lectures and facilitates workshops with her team at Fabulous on Purpose with a mission to assist in the empowerment of men and women.
Chasmine is passionate about helping others create a growth mindset, break negative cycles, and identify their life’s purpose. This is what ultimately led her to writing her first book “Speak to Your Season”.
She is the founder and CEO of ‘’Finding Beauty Within” Mentoring Group, Chasmine Iyonna Ministries, and Chasmine Iyonna Enterprise LLC.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
I faced many struggles along my journey. I was not confident in my work starting out so I gave a lot of discounts. I went into business wanting friendships instead of sticking to my vision that God gave me. When you follow the vision God will open the doors.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a Philanthropist, Celebrity Makeup Artist, Author, Microshading Technician, Mentor/Coach and Global Entrepreneur. I am known for makeup so that inspired me to start my own mentoring group for young ladies called Finding Beauty Within. With my program, I teach them to build their confidence and also designed to strengthen the lives of students who are in elementary, middle, and high school. Our program focuses on five priority areas, inclusive of academic excellence, character development, leadership, physical wellness, and STEM.

Books I love are Rich Dad Pooir Dad, The 4 Agreements, Goodbye Yesterday, One Minute Manager, One Minute Millionaire, Let’s Talk” with Stanley Doucette for personal growth and development, are my top go to.
