Today, we’d like to introduce you to Colleen Trickett.
Colleen, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started as an environmental and animal rights activist in 1999. I saw a need for truly cruelty-free and natural herbal body care products and education.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not exactly. When you love what you do you keep going no matter what. However, there have been many challenges along the way such as health challenges, divorce, Covid, and economic difficulties.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am very generous with my 24 years of experience as a soap maker, herbalist, and overall maker of natural body care products. People travel long distances to work with me as they tell me there are not many face-to-face instructors with my experience and willingness to share knowledge.
Are there any books, apps, podcasts, or blogs that help you do your best?
I’m always working towards having an abundance mindset with a focus on gratitude, generosity, and love. I read books and listen to podcasts to inspire these goals.
