Check Out DeBraisha Hale’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to DeBraisha Hale.

DeBraisha Hale

Hi DeBraisha, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started with a simple, YES! The beginning for me was to have an open mindset and to give myself an opportunity to do something I had never done before. I realized that there are times in your life when God will open doors that are not always familiar.

Being very honest and transparent, it took teamwork, late nights, goal setting along with a plan of action, teaching and coaching others, prayer, understanding the complete setup of my business, and having like-minded people who were ready to move with me and not against is what it took to get here, the top .1 percent of my company.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, I don’t think it is ever a smooth road when it comes to entrepreneurship. As of today, my team has grown to more than 105,000 people. Time management was hard for me when I was building my business, and my brand, and working my day job. Late nights and early mornings. I remember team members texting and calling me in the daytime to ask questions and so on. I thought I could help everyone right at the time they needed it but that was unrealistic.

Although the numbers were there, people were joining daily, there were many who didn’t take the time to learn or understand their business, plug into team challenges, teachings, and events for networking and growth. Those were the ones who ended up dropping off or never tapped into their full potential. When you have a large team, you can’t do one-on-one every day. You can give all the resources and tools needed but you can’t make anyone plug in and learn things about their business.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I wear multiple hats and I must say I LOVE IT! As a woman in business, I am a realtor in the states of Georgia and Alabama. I work with clients all over Georgia since this is my place of residence. I obtained my license in Alabama since I lived there for many years after graduating with my Bachelors and Masters degrees. I am in the top 1 percent of my company, and I currently have a team of more than 105,000 people across the United States.

Direct sales is one of my specialties. It’s more than just a business, but the relationships that are built and have I am a motivational speaker and very excited to be able to SPEAK LIFE. Stay tuned for more information on my motivational speaking platform. I am known for my natural energy, my style, and my true love for people, and I will hit a dance move in a minute. I am gonna bring a whole vibe of fun when I show up.

But most people truly know me as that jewelry lady or the dancing queen or closing deals in heels. I wear high heels most of the time, very seldom will you see me in a flat. I am truly most proud of being a mother who is a successful businesswoman. I am grateful for all awards, and achievements but through this journey, I have always wanted to show my daughters what is possible through faith, hard work, consistency, prayer, and passion.

They are the ones who look to me daily and I am blessed to have a winning success story. I am ambitious, I am a goal-getter, and I believe in myself! That’s the best way to put it. I have always been determined and a hard worker since I was little. Values that my parents taught me as a child have played a huge part in who I am today.

Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
YES! I have joined several networking organizations that provide support, opportunities, growth, insight, and training. Usually, within these organizations, relationships are built and it also makes it easy to connect with colleagues and mentors. I am big on supporting women in business and entrepreneurs. When you give support to others and plant seeds, then others will support you as well as sow seeds into your business.

Always pray! I give God all the Glory, for without God, none of this is possible.
