Today we’d like to introduce you to Jasmine Jordan.
Hi Jasmine, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
This journey started for me when I was about 17 years old. I met a recruiter by accident at my high school; she was there trying to recruit for the modeling agency she worked for. I was honestly trying to avoid her but somehow I caught her attention and let her convince me to take a picture. That picture led to a meeting at their office as a new client.
Eventually, the company was no longer so I had a decision to make: am I going to go back to normal high school life or do I really want to pursue a modeling career? I fell in love with the process of learning how to walk, pose, take pictures, when to smile, when not to smile, etc so I chose to keep going.
Over the past 7 years, I have attempted to partner with other agencies, companies and people to establish modeling opportunities where me and any model involved had creative control over the content we put out but nothing positive ever came out of it to help my modeling career so in 2019 I chose to take a step back. I chose to take a step back to focus on me, my health, my image, and my physical appearance. I chose to focus on the things that would not only make me a better model but a better person. I was always trying so hard to make my dream come true that it became frustrating when all I saw was me working hard for others meanwhile my career suffered.
Hence, the revamp of #TheJasmineJordanBrand. I needed to reshape and recreate myself into the model that I know the world deserves as well as be an example for other aspiring models that are just like me, wanting creative control but also respect in this industry as more than just a face and a check. The brand motto is, “Enhancing beauty on the inside that shines on the outside.” This motto is what motivated me to create Jass With Tha Juice LLC organic cold press juice company Aug. 2020.
True beauty starts from within. With the knowledge I have gained from nursing courses and other medical training, I was blessed to produce the best quality health juices to not only help myself but to help everyone around me that wants to target their goals such as getting rid of their stubborn belly fat, support their immune system, hydrate and energize their body, and even help fight illnesses by what you put in your body.
Health is wealth and everyone deserves a chance at both. This is what my company and my brand offer to everyone.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
God promised me that obstacles wouldn’t prosper, not that they wouldn’t exist. I have faced a few snakes in the grass, people promising opportunities that was supposed to take my career to the next level, people befriending me only to tear me down to other people, and even broken promises from agencies and organizations. I am grateful, though, for those experiences because they helped to open my eyes to having enough faith in myself as well as taught me how to have tough skin in the business world.

There is no “I” in team, therefore I must pay homage to my dream team who makes it all happen behind the scenes. I prayed and manifested for years for God to bless me with a solid team and he finally answered that prayer in 2019. These people go above and beyond to help make my vision come to life I mean genuinely there to help me with no hidden agenda, and loyalty is unmatched to the vision.
