Today we’d like to introduce you to Jennifer Perez Miller
Hi Jennifer, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
We moved back to Atlanta right in the middle of 2020 during the pandemic. Im from Atlanta, but we had moved to Huntsville, AL right after got married and built an incredible life and community there. I was not thrilled about leaving Huntsville and essentially starting over again years later in Atlanta. I am someone who loves to have a purpose and I find a lot of fulfillment in working. I was feeling very lost being back in Atlanta trying to figure out what my next move was. I started personal training at my best friend’s fitness studio where I started building community and making connections again. I met one of my dearest friends while coaching at the studio who introduced to me to the company, Nuskin. She had so many qualities that admire in someone and I wanted to be apart of what she was building at that company… so I joined her. through her leadership and guidance, I started sharing my life online – which lead me to build an incredible business selling skincare, building a sales team and gave me the confidence to also start my own nutrition coaching business on the side. Ive managed to build a business that’s allowed me to contribute to my family financially, while also giving me immense purpose in teaching others how to do the same.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No definitely not – SO much of what I do requires me to put myself out there daily – My job is centered around building and cultivating relationships online – That also opens up the door to criticism.. However, my WHY and my purpose is bigger than the fear of rejection at this point.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I run my businesses through my social media.
My main business is that I run a sales team with the company Nuskin. We focus predominantly in skincare and supplements. Most of my clustomers and team members have come through relationships i’ve built online.
I also coach people 1:1 in nutrition – all of my clients have come through relationships built online.
I am most proud of what I’ve been able to build in 3.5 years.
I think what sets me apart from others is that I show up authentically online daily – I share my life very genuinely and dont try to present only “the best”
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Authenticity. I think the ability to show my genuine self on a consistent basis has allowed me to really connect with others.
