Today we’d like to introduce you to Jonathan Preston.
Hi Jonathan, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I am actually a business owner and a creator. DaVinci’s NY-style pizza was one of my very first jobs. I met my wife working here (she was a waitress, and I was a pizza cook) I left to work in the automotive industry for roughly 5 to 6 years. I liked it but didn’t love it. My wife, mother, and brother wanted to do something together. Something that meant more to us than just money. So, we bought DaVinci’s pizza in November of 2017. We grew the business over the next couple years and the opportunity came to purchase tailgaters bar and grill in Barnesville ga. Now my wife and I run DaVinci’s pizza, and my brother runs tailgaters. Fast forward to 2020 right as the pandemic was starting my father-in-law and most importantly my friend passed away from a heart attack. He was a good man. army war vet and a firefighter/EMT. He lived a great life and taught me much about life. When he passed something clicked in my head that I didn’t just want to work, pay bills, and die. I wanted something my family and I to remember for years to come…I wanted to LIVE and make memories. That’s when the YouTube channel started. I figured if the channel failed then I would still have wonderful, edited video memories that my kids can cherish forever… The channel still hasn’t exactly taken off, but man are we having fun with it. If I was worried about the views and subs then I would be in it for the wrong reasons, anyway, thank you for the opportunity to tell my story
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Absolutely not. Running two businesses and a YouTube channel is very difficult to manage not to mention I’m raising 3 wonderful little girls

What matters most to you?
Family matters most to me. memories with them is all I have ever wanted. when I am gone, I want my children to know I was a good man with a good heart, and I tried to give them the best life possible
