Check Out Juan Brown’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Juan Brown.

Juan, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I was always a creative kid growing up. Anything that had to do with creativity, I was all for it. One day I was at my uncle’s house and he just got a new computer loaded with programs that he got as he attended the art institute. That day he was using FL studio. I was like 14 years old around that time so it looked like a video game to me lol. When he got done he let me try it, and I’ve been hooked ever since!

I ended up working that whole summer and saved up some money to buy me a computer so I could create beats at home. The next school year I started meetings a lot of people that was making music and everybody used to come to my house to record songs. It’s been music for me since then. I attended a music trade school and worked in major studios in Atlanta.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I learned early in life that nothing will go as smooth as you think it will. I spent hours and hours working to get better. I had an artist that loved my work and some said it was the worst ever and I should hang it up. All of it built character for me. I learned that everyone is not for you but keep consistent and the ones that are for you will find you

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I am a multi-creator. I am an audio engineer, producer, videographer, and graphic designer. I was raised around all forms of media so I grew an interest for them all. This sets me apart from most creators. When I come in for a project, I’m coming with all these prospective. So the audio, video, and presentation will be cohesive
