Hi Keith J. Piasecki and, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
K&J Love T&A started the way a lot of great adventures do—two people, a shared sense of curiosity, and a love for getting out of the ordinary. Keith and Julie met later in life, both with full histories behind them and a strong desire to make the most of the chapters ahead. Travel quickly became our favorite way to connect, reset, and create memories that didn’t feel rushed or scripted.
What began as documenting trips for friends and family naturally grew into something bigger. We realized we weren’t just sharing destinations—we were sharing experiences: the unexpected detours, the live music nights, the small-town bars, the history, the humor, and the moments that make travel feel personal. RV life, cruises, city escapes, and milestone celebrations all became part of the story.
K&J Love T&A (Travel & Adventure 😉) is about saying yes to the journey, no matter your age or stage of life. Today, we create content that inspires others to travel more intentionally, laugh a little louder, and embrace adventure with authenticity. Whether it’s a weekend road trip or a once-in-a-lifetime voyage, our goal is simple: show that the best stories are the ones you actually live.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Has it been a smooth road?
Not at all—and honestly, that’s been part of the magic.
Keith and Julie come at life and travel from very different angles. Keith is a planner, a storyteller, and someone who sees the big picture and the moments worth capturing. Julie is more intuitive, grounded, and focused on how things feel in the moment. At times, those differences created friction—especially when juggling travel logistics, content creation, timelines, tech, and the realities of life on the road.
There were learning curves with RV travel, balancing real life with filming and writing, staying consistent across platforms, and figuring out how much to share versus how much to simply live. Add in long drives, tight schedules, creative fatigue, and the occasional “are we really doing this?” moment, and it definitely wasn’t always smooth.
But those differences became our greatest strength. Where one of us overthinks, the other simplifies. Where one pushes forward, the other makes sure we slow down and enjoy it. We challenge each other, keep each other grounded, and ultimately make better decisions together than we ever could alone.
K&J Love T&A exists because of that balance. The road hasn’t been perfect—but it’s been real, rewarding, and absolutely worth it.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Keith is the storyteller and strategist behind much of K&J Love T&A. With a 30 year (27 years at CNN here in Atlanta) background in journalism, live television, production, and TV directing, he specializes in seeing the big picture while capturing the small moments that make a story memorable. He’s known for crafting narratives that blend travel, history, humor, and nostalgia—turning trips into experiences people can feel, not just watch or read.
Keith focuses on long-form storytelling, video production, editing, and brand development. He has a natural instinct for pacing, tone, and knowing when a moment deserves to be documented versus simply enjoyed. He’s especially proud of building K&J Love T&A into a recognizable voice that resonates with travelers who want authenticity over polish and memories over perfection.
What sets Keith apart is his ability to translate real-life experiences into engaging content that feels personal, cinematic, and approachable—without losing the heart of why the journey mattered in the first place.
Julie is the heart and grounding force of K&J Love T&A. A Project Manager at her full time job, she specializes in connection—both on and off camera—and brings a calm, intuitive approach to travel, storytelling, and decision-making. Julie has a keen eye for atmosphere, emotion, and the subtle details that often go unnoticed but shape the entire experience.
She’s known for keeping things real, balanced, and human. Whether it’s navigating the challenges of travel, offering thoughtful perspective, or making sure the experience itself isn’t lost to content creation, Julie ensures that every adventure stays authentic. She plays a key role in shaping how destinations are experienced, not just how they’re shown.
Julie is most proud of helping create a brand that feels inclusive, genuine, and relatable—especially for couples and travelers who may feel like adventure has an expiration date. What sets her apart is her ability to complement Keith’s high-energy storytelling with presence, empathy, and intentionality, creating a dynamic that feels honest and deeply connected.
What matters most to you?
What matters most to us is connection—starting with each other. More than anything, Julie and Keith value having a partner to share the journey with. We genuinely make each other’s lives better, balancing one another in ways that bring out the best in both of us. Having someone beside you to experience life, support growth, and celebrate the highs (and weather the lows) is what gives everything else meaning.
Family and friends are at the core of who we are, grounding us no matter how far we travel. Our two rescue poodles, Snoopy and Peanut, are a huge part of our everyday joy and remind us constantly of loyalty, resilience, and unconditional love.
Travel matters to us because it keeps life curious and expansive, but gratitude matters just as much. We’re deeply thankful for the life we’ve built, the opportunities we’ve been given, and the ability to keep choosing adventure—together. At the end of the day, destinations fade, but shared moments, love, and appreciation for an amazing life are what truly last.
