Hi Mariah, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I came across Body Sculpting through Instagram back in 2019. I was about a year postpartum from having an emergency C-section and was looking for ways to help my fitness journey. I started doing treatments on myself and studied the industry. In 2022, I finally took my 1on1 course and started my own business to help others gain their confidence back like myself.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I believe social media has made owning a business look easy to others, and it is the complete opposite. Being a solo business owner and just starting out can be pretty hard. Between promoting, building clientele, and staying motivated can get difficult at times. My ways of overcoming these having been through my “why”. Why I chose this business and why it means so much to me. I am very grateful to those who have supported my business in any way thus far and am very excited to see what the future holds.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Body sculpting is a non-invasive way of shrinking fat cells, tightening loose skin, reducing wrinkles and fine lines, and building glutes. I offer treatments such as Wood Therapy, Vacuum Therapy, and the Infrared Sauna. Each treatment is able to transform your body with the help of light exercise and a proper diet. 6-12 sessions are recommended for lasting results with no downtime. I try my best to be very understanding to my current and future clients. I offer $30 off to any new clients, a loyalty program, and a referral program for 20% off. What makes me most proud of my business is just being able to truly help everyone reach their goals and feel their best. I believe what sets myself apart from others is that fact that I’ve performed each treatment on myself. I made sure everything is truly safe and works before actually starting my business.

The best quality for my success has been consistency and constant improvement.
