Today we’d like to introduce you to Michael Knowles .
Hi Michael, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My journey started after my weight loss 12 years ago; I used to be 300lbs but by faith in God, my mom, and my determination on a better outlook on life, I lost the weight and started to embrace my true powers within the world of art and creativity. I was already an actor and singer, but my additional blessings were dancing and modeling. As the years progressed, my creativity started to grow to where I started my own business S.C.O.R.P.I.O. (Superior Courage Overflowing Rapturous Persistence and Illuminating Originality) of Creative Designs. NOW! I have accomplished so many collaborations with some of the best photographers acting/dancing opportunities and have modeled across Europe.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
My journey has been rough and still is, but I realized years ago that if everything was handed to me or that things came along easy, it won’t feel as rewarding; so when I do make it big, I know in my heart that I deserved it.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am a film and equity stage actor, an international/published model, an African Contemporary dancer, a singer, a director/writer/producer, and a creative designer. I specialize in turning every unique situation into a vibrant masterpiece; within all my genres. I’m known for my artistic/creative pictures. I am most proud of the accomplishments that I have done thus far and I’m more excited about what other goals I can accomplish next. And what sets me apart is that I bring authenticity and uniqueness; I’m not trying to compare or compete with others; I stay in my own lane and I know that there is no one like me.
