Myesha Banks the founder and CEO of TTBE “Time to be Established” expresses her brand through connecting with people to help guide and give women, youth, and males with motivational direction. Myesha banks offer Keynote speaking, empowerment events, podcast interviews, and so much more. June 2020, she published her first book SPIRITUALLY BUSY that is intended to be a tool for spiritual guidance. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York she has become the speaking guru of her town. Not only did she manage to build her brand from the ground up but she broke all the barriers of a black women In media.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Some of the most struggling moments for Myesha Banks while pursuing her dream were trying to focus on the brand while working a 9-5. It’s almost like a fight between two things your love. “A GIFT, and survival mechanisms”. After a failed relationship, losing motivation, functioning depression, starting from scratch losing all drive and motivation she manage to give TTBE a third shot with a new direction with a new voice, telling all the stories of her journey during the process…

What set me apart from others is during my daily work life of saving lives and ensuring the safety of people I had never met before is one thing, but supporting and communicating with my peers to support them through their daily work sets me apart from others! Anything I do or touch comes with the intent to heal and support!
How do you define success?
Success is a funny thing it’s almost forces you to think your chasing something which can cause you to easily slip into what you think is the right direction for you!
Success comes from when you determine and define your purpose. That’s the first part of success. The second part is attaching faith and execution along with it. Once you do that, the result of success will be waiting at your feet! Waiting for you to walk right into it!
