Check Out Quia Morgan- Hill’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Quia Morgan- Hill.

Hi Quia, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I got my start in the media world back in 2015 after attending media school in Columbus, Ohio—where I fell in love with storytelling, soundboards, and the art of connecting through the mic.

What began as curiosity led me into the world of internet radio, then terrestrial radio, and now, podcasting—where I’ve fully stepped into my purpose as a personality.

I’ve built a platform where I get to sit down with nostalgic celebrities and reminisce on everything we loved about the 90s and early 2000s—from iconic TV shows to timeless R&B hits.

But I don’t keep the mic to myself.
I now help women book big-name celebrity guests and elevate their podcasts with strategy, confidence, and storytelling that sells.

With two powerful eBooks, 1:1 coaching, and proven booking systems, I’m here to help you turn your podcast into a platform that opens doors, builds influence, and creates income.

Because when women have a mic, we don’t just talk—we transform

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
What people don’t see behind the mic is the messy middle.
Yes, I got my start in media school back in Columbus, Ohio in 2015, and yes—I’ve built a platform that lets me sit down with nostalgic celebrities and reminisce on the 90s and early 2000s.
But what you didn’t see was the journey it took to get here.

I’ve worked under bad leadership.
I’ve partnered with brands that didn’t value my voice.
I’ve had co-hosts walk away—sometimes in the middle of momentum.
I’ve struggled to get visibility, to market myself with no team, and to wear every hat—from producer to publicist.

And let’s be honest—being a woman in media, especially a Black woman, means constantly proving your worth in a male-dominated space that wasn’t built with you in mind.

But guess what?
I didn’t quit—I pivoted.
I got clear on my purpose. I prayed. I manifested. I built a circle of like-minded women who reminded me of who I am. I chose community over competition.
And most importantly, I kept God first.

Now, I use my platform to do more than talk—
I teach other women how to elevate their podcast, book celebrity guests, and create the show they’ve been dreaming about.
Through my two eBooks, coaching, and booking strategies—I’m here to show you that this industry is yours too.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need the right strategy, the right people, and the belief that you belong.

Keep going. Keep creating. Keep choosing you.
Because the mic doesn’t just amplify your voice—it activates your calling.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
What I Do:
I help women launch powerful podcasts, book celebrity guests, and turn their shows into platforms for visibility, income, and impact. I specialize in teaching podcasters how to stop playing small and start producing content that commands attention, opens doors, and builds legacy.

What I Specialize In:
• Celebrity Guest Booking – I teach the exact strategies to land big-name interviews, even with a small show.
• Nostalgia-Driven Storytelling – I blend 90s and early 2000s culture into podcasting to create content that connects deeply and converts.
• Podcast Growth Strategy – From content planning to monetization, I help podcasters go from hobby to brand.
• Visibility & Confidence – I guide women in positioning themselves as media personalities and experts in their niche.

What I’m Known For:
I’m known for bringing nostalgia to life through podcasting, turning underdogs into undeniable voices, and helping everyday women interview people they grew up watching or listening to. I’ve been called the “celebrity connector for women with mics,” because I know how to get you in the room—even if you’re starting with zero followers.

What I’m Most Proud Of:
I’m proud that I’ve stayed in the game.
I didn’t give up when co-hosts left, when bad leadership made me question my worth, or when I had no team and had to wear every hat.

I’m proud that I kept God first and built a community of women who don’t just podcast—they impact.
And I’m proud that I turned my own struggles into blueprints that now help other women win.

What Sets Me Apart:
• I don’t teach theory—I’ve lived it.
• I blend nostalgia, strategy, and faith into everything I do.
• I know what it’s like to be overlooked and underestimated, and I know how to help women turn that into power.
• I don’t just help women start podcasts—I help them become media brands

Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
What started as a spark became a calling: from internet radio to terrestrial radio, and now podcasting, I found my voice—literally.

Along the way, I’ve had the honor of interviewing some of the most iconic and nostalgic celebrities of our time, including:
Headkrack, Hope Flood, Adina Howard, Truth Hurts, Bushwick Bill, Phil Lamar, Tweet, and many more

Every interview isn’t just content—it’s therapy.
It’s me soothing my inner child who used to watch these people on screen and never imagined she’d one day be in conversation with them, asking the questions, being seen, and being heard.

I turned those interviews into momentum.
Now, I get paid through podcast partnerships, brand deals, speaking engagements, content collaborations, and coaching other women to do the same.
