The R3V Agency is on a mission to increase diversity and minority representation in the sports industry. The R3V team is composed of former athletes, college coaches, and other professionals in the athletic marketing industry. The R3V Agency is a team of successful sports agents who provide various services to their clients. These services include contractual, legal, and financial advice. In addition, athletes can receive marketing and endorsements when developing their career for pre-draft planning. The R3V Agency is a great resource when it comes to NCAA player benefit policies. The R3V Agency takes a team-based approach to representing their clients. Agents strive to provide the best possible service in order to help their clients achieve their goals. 

The R3V Agency was established on June 19, 2021, by Jeffery Revel, Rakeem Vick, and Paul Miller Jr. These business partners had a dream of starting an agency that would be composed of individuals from all walks of life. There is a plethora of knowledge within this agency that has allowed a well-rounded team to continue sharing their experiences. There are tons of athletes that are seeking guidance in the ever-changing world of athletics. The R3V Agency is a solid foundation of management. You can find the latest news, trends, and updates on the R3V website or Instagram page. For those that don’t know what the NIL stands for, we would like to educate you. The “NIL” is short for: Name, Image, & Likeness. Additionally, the NIL refers to the way college or high school athletes receive compensation. The most common way to make money under the NIL regulations is through content creation on social media. Get ready to see some amazing news from the “Th3 NIL Insid3r” as a new part of the R3V Agency. These are exciting times for the sports and entertainment industry. 

The team at R3V team is composed of experienced agents who have a deep understanding of the business of sports. They also understand the unique challenges that athletes face. Furthermore, the team at R3V is dedicated to helping their clients navigate the complicated world of NCAA rules and regulations regarding player benefits. Running a startup, you will always face challenges. I would say capital has been our biggest struggle starting out.

Rakeem Vick is a first-generation graduate from North Carolina Central University. After suffering a career-ending injury Rakeem took a pivot and worked in recruiting sales and marketing over the past 10 years. He now uses those same skills to assist our athletes in marketing their Name image and likeness. 

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
The ability to relate to our athletes and educate their parents.
