Today we’d like to introduce you to Sandra Stevens Smalls.
Hi Sandra, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My name is Sandra Stevens Smalls, and my life is a living testimony of God’s power. I’m a two-time cancer survivor, author, pastor, and founder of The S3 Unstoppable Faith Movement®. Through my journey of survival and surrender, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others believe God even when life hurts and to walk boldly in unstoppable faith.
My story is one of faith, survival, and purpose. I am a cancer survivor who faced Hodgkin’s Lymphoma twice and underwent an autologous stem cell transplant at Emory Hospital. During what felt like one of the darkest seasons of my life, God was birthing something powerful what would later become The S3 Unstoppable Faith Movement®.
The movement began as a small vision to encourage others to believe God even when life hurts. Today, it has grown into a faith-based global community that empowers men and women to walk by faith, overcome adversity, and fulfill their God-given purpose. Through this movement, we host annual conferences, prayer gatherings, coaching programs, and community outreach initiatives designed to strengthen faith and restore hope.
In September 2023, while participating in the Kenya Christian Business Owners Summit hosted by Bernice Loman, I was invited by the local host to officially launch S3 Unstoppable Faith Movement Kenya. That moment marked a major step in expanding our mission internationally and confirmed that unstoppable faith truly knows no boundaries.
We recently celebrated a decade of unstoppable faith with our 10th Annual Unstoppable Faith Conference. Each year, this conference has become more than just an event it’s a spiritual encounter known as The Faith Birthing Room Experience, where lives are transformed and faith is reignited.
Out of this same heart to reach and uplift others, I launched The S3 Unstoppable Faith Podcast. It’s a platform where I share faith lessons, personal stories, and empowering messages that help listeners navigate life with courage, confidence, and conviction. Every episode reminds us that no matter what we face, faith in God still works.
I serve as the first woman Pastor of Historic Palmyra Missionary Baptist Church, a congregation with more than 150 years of rich history and faith legacy. I am also a Community Service Chaplain and a Certified Faith Coach. I am the Founder of FaithWalk Coaching Institute, where I help individuals and ministry leaders discover their purpose, clarify their vision, and execute their God-given assignments with excellence. Through FaithWalk, I also provide event planning services, specializing in both personal and corporate gatherings. From intimate celebrations to large-scale occasions such as corporate meetings, conferences, ceremonies, concerts, and conventions, I help others bring vision to reality through faith and strategy.
As an author, I recently published Walking in Unstoppable Faith: A 14-Day Devotional & Journal Experience, designed to help readers deepen their walk with God through daily lessons, scripture reflections, and journal prompts. My broader Faith Collection also includes Unstoppable Faith: A Real Testimony of Intentional Faith, Walking in Unstoppable Faith Today: Trusting in Our Unstoppable God Workbook and Manual, and Faith Declarations T-shirts all created to inspire others to live boldly in their faith.
Through it all, my mission remains the same to empower others to develop unstoppable faith in God. I often say that nothing can stop a woman (or man) who truly believes God. I am living proof that when you trust Him completely, He will turn your pain into purpose and your trials into testimony. Whether I’m preaching, writing, coaching, podcasting, or hosting The Travailing 2 WIN Worship and Prayer Gathering also known as The Birthing Room Experience my heart is to strengthen faith, birth purpose, and remind others that with God, all things are possible.
Above all, I am a living testimony and God’s Unstoppable Daughter.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, it has not been a smooth road. Being diagnosed with cancer in 2013 and undergoing 12 rounds of aggressive chemotherapy was life changing. Hearing that the cancer had returned and was inoperable was even more devastating. In September 2014, I underwent an autologous stem cell transplant, a journey I will never forget.
At that point, doctors had done all they could, and I had to trust God completely for a miracle. That miracle came on December 31, 2014, and I was declared cancer-free!
For the past decade, my faith has been tested in many ways, but I continue to trust God. I believe God. I walk daily in Unstoppable Faith, trusting our Unstoppable God.

I’m known for inspiring others to believe God no matter what life looks like.
Through The S3 Unstoppable Faith Movement®, I specialize in faith-based empowerment, leadership development, and life transformation. My work focuses on helping individuals strengthen their faith, discover their purpose, and walk boldly in their God-given assignment.
As the founder and overseer of S3 Unstoppable Faith Movement and FaithWalk Coaching Institute, I combine faith principles with practical strategies to help people grow spiritually and professionally. I also lead as the first woman pastor of Historic Palmyra Missionary Baptist Church, where I continue to build upon a 150-year legacy of faith and service.
I’m most proud of seeing lives changed through The Unstoppable Faith Conference and The S3 Unstoppable Faith Podcast. Both platforms have allowed me to reach thousands locally and internationally including the launch of S3 Unstoppable Faith Movement Kenya. Knowing that people have rediscovered their faith and purpose through this work brings me the greatest joy.
What sets me apart is that my life itself is the message. I don’t just talk about faith I’ve lived it. Surviving cancer twice, walking through the fire, and coming out with a deeper love for God has made my ministry authentic and relatable. Everything I do flows from that testimony: to help others believe again, hope again, and trust that faith in God still works.
