Check Out Stefany Benitez’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Stefany Benitez.

Hi Stefany, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My journey has been anything but linear, but every twist and turn led me closer to my purpose. I reached a point in my life where I realized I was just existing—going through the motions, disconnected from peace, purpose, and the version of me I knew I was meant to become. I felt stuck in environments that didn’t reflect the light I carried inside, and I knew deep down I was created for more. The most powerful shift happened when I stopped waiting to feel “ready” and started moving with purpose. That’s how Talking With Stef was born. I wanted to be the light for other women who felt like they were drowning in self-doubt or struggling to believe in the beauty of their own dreams. Through content, coaching, and community, I now help women step into their highest selves and reclaim the peace, purpose, and power that already lives within them.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
One of my biggest challenges was learning how to trust myself—and trust the process. There were moments where everything around me looked uncertain. Financial struggles, self-doubt, toxic patterns, and trying to break generational cycles all hit at once. But it was through that pressure that something beautiful started to form: I surrendered. I leaned deeply into my faith, allowed the Divine to guide me, and started showing up for myself with more intention. Every challenge I faced became the foundation for the life I live now. I’m no longer just existing—I’m thriving with alignment, love, and joy. And if I can do it, so can every woman reading this.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
At the heart of everything I do is a mission to help women evolve into the highest version of themselves — spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. Through Talking With Stef, I’ve created a platform that merges empowerment, healing, and mindset work in a way that’s real, relatable, and rooted in faith.

I create content that speaks to the soul. On platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, I share motivational messages, life lessons, and spiritual insight to help women feel seen, heard, and supported on their self-growth journey. But it doesn’t stop at content — I also offer coaching services where I guide women step-by-step as they rediscover who they are, release what’s holding them back, and realign with their purpose.

My coaching is not about quick fixes — it’s about transformation. I focus on helping women strengthen their self-worth, reconnect with their Divine Feminine energy, manifest the life they truly desire, and move through life with more peace, clarity, and confidence. I also recently wrote an ebook that shares my personal transformation story — how I went from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to aligned, empowered, and thriving. It’s raw, honest, and meant to show other women what’s possible when you choose yourself.

This work is deeply personal to me because I know what it feels like to be stuck, unsure, and disconnected. Now, it’s my purpose to remind other women of their power, their worth, and the incredible life that’s waiting for them once they decide to show up for themselves.

Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
As a child, I was bold, intuitive, and full of light — even before I knew what to call it. I remember feeling deeply connected to something greater, something that always whispered to me that I was meant for more. Even when people tried to dim my light or make me smaller to fit into their comfort zones, I could feel this inner voice reminding me: you were born for a great life.

I didn’t always have the language for what I was feeling, but I knew I was different. I saw things in people — their pain, their potential — and I naturally wanted to uplift, support, and pour into them, even as a little girl. There were moments I felt misunderstood or out of place, but I never let go of that quiet knowing inside me.

Looking back, I realize that little version of me was already carrying the blueprint for the work I do now. She was brave. She was visionary. And she never stopped believing that something beautiful was waiting on the other side of staying true to herself. I live for her now — and for every woman who needs permission to do the same.
