Check Out Sua’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sua.

Hi Sua, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I would say my life has made a big shift back in 2022. Since then I have been on a wooden roller coaster. The year of 2025 really tested me, my morals, and character. I learned in life everything changes…AND EVERY TALENT OR HOBBY DOES NOT NEED TO BE PROFITABLE! I’ve been speaking the same goals over and over since 2022 even if I didn’t have an idea of what the end goal may actually look like. 2025 showed me the bigger picture. Where I am today and who I am today was not who and where I was before 2022. I’ve achieved a promotion I’ve oh so righteously deserved. I started to realize myself and who I actually want to be. I hopped back into the studio and got my confidence in my music back, and lastly I finally decided that with all this skills and experience, I now know what route of business I want to invest in. It’s time I kick this up a notch.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has not been a smooth road at all. You know growing up everyone leaves out the biggest part about adulting…COMMUNITY. Whatever that may look like to you! A community is most definitely needed, especially in this economy and the development of life period. This year I broke so many hearts. Some deserved, and some were merely crossfire and selfish acts that could’ve been avoided if I just took the time to allow people to correct themselves. All in all how I went about things no one should be talked and treated like that. I do want to take this moment to apologize to the love of my life Tyler. He has been the best Partner a person can ask for. And although I push him to the edge and our relationship limits were pushed, he still made an effort to be there and stick it through. However, I must say “nobody wins when the family feuds”. I like to think we’ve reached peak and our relationship is the epitome of “only fix what’s broken first” “Reupholstering comes next”. I must admit as well this year was anger and disappointment. I realized the person that I was mad at was no longer here. Grief has a funny way of making you look in the mirror. It’s been a year since my father has been laid to rest, and it hit me that I had been acting as if I was next. I’ve never had death that close to me before, so after my father died i reopened that door with god, not to speak to the both of them, but to get closer to my angles who never wanted to see me lose myself and let alone lose in life.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
Great Question for me ha! Well I’m going to be the first to tell you I’m one to wear many hats. It may be the Aries in me or it may just be my obsession with success. Day to day I’m your Assistant Property Manager for one of THEE best performing property management groups. That’s been one of my biggest accomplishments is the Property Manager career path. I’m also an upcoming artist currently under rebranding. I also have my EP titled “My Way” dropping early spring! Make sure to tap in and follow me (@itunezsua._). What I’m going to be most proud of in life is to when I launch my brand/company (I will release the name once legalities are taken care of). The purpose of my business will be to bring business minded individuals together with the purpose to network, build, make an impact on our entrepreneurial culture, and put their businesses in the front for spotlight. What sets me apart in each of these paths would be my care and dedication to help people. I genuinely care about people. I’m a humanitarian at heart for those who are truly trying.

Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
My advice would be to learn how to read people, the room, body language and code switch. That has helped me tremendously. People love you for who you are yes, but remember everyone doesn’t need to know the full you! We are moments, memories, and stories. Get out of the I’m bringing everyone I meet with me!
