Today we’d like to introduce you to Sugar Preistley.
Hi Sugar, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Well, it all started with me first being a student-athlete most of my schooling. I played volleyball for ten years, so I had a lot of experience with Health & Wellness and Physical Education. After graduating college, I was still living an active lifestyle on a daily basis. I would go the gym at least 5x a week and learned more about the importance of nutrition. It’s something I’ve been passionate about. Looking good, feeling good.
I decided to pursue being an entrepreneur after graduating. I realized I didn’t want to work for anyone else. That led me to start creating my business back in 2020. I had a lot of time on my hands with the pandemic shutting down SoCal. It was the perfect time to start the next chapter in my life. Honestly, a whole new book. I healed through past trauma to move on and realize the part I played in situations that were dealt with. I cut my hair too. That’s how you know I became a new woman. Single, young and wealthy! I matured over time to realize what I was really passionate about. I love Home Improvement, Real Estate, Interior Design, Fitness, and just being sexy. So I decided to start off with Sugar’s Secrets, my sex appeal brand.
My first product was swimwear. Tiktok just emerged and I made videos on the platform to promote my swimwear. I was doing this all faceless at first, hint the company name being Sugar’s Secrets. Time goes by and a young lady commented under a swimwear clip I made and asked what my daily workout routine was. I made a workout video and it went viral!! And every video from there kept going viral. I received so much love and SugarPot Fitness was now my second business.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t been the smoothest road. A lot of up and downs. Money and time invested. Sometimes you start to question your decision-making. My biggest struggle being an entrepreneur is knowing you can’t do everything by yourself. There’s so many steps and processes to have things ran the right way.
Trusting others to create a loyal team is also a struggle on my road to success. Noticing the red flags and acting fast with people who do shady business. I learned many lessons since moving to Atlanta, but every experience has made me the woman I am today, to now have the plan to run my businesses successfully and retire.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m a high-value fitness coach and I own an ultimate exclusive health and wellness fitness club. I specialize in weight loss, nutrition, and toning. My club has monthly membership packages that includes classes (yoga/stretch sessions, Twerk & Tone dance workouts), and monthly noncommitment packages for virtual or in-person training. This also includes nutrition and meal guide assistance.
I’m known for my Twerk and Tone workout dance videos and all of my Ab workouts! I believe in exercise being more than trying to lose weight and be skinny or looking too muscular. It’s how you want to look and feel according to your body! I specialize in these types of exercise but I’m on my own fitness journey of maintaining my weight or wanting to do healthy gains. But I always want to look and feel sexy working out. If you wear a cute workout set going to the gym, you are definitely going to get a great workout in! Promoting self-love, feeling sexy and confident with your fitness journey in an appealing way through exercise! That’s what sets me apart, being the Queen of Sexy Fitness.
I’m also the CMO of Preistley Property Group. I manage rental properties for different clients! I love real state and design so hosting and setting up properties is a passion of mine. We are still building our company but this is only the beginning! I’m really excited to see what 2023 brings.

A lot of people get confused on my businesses and what I have going on. So I want to explain quickly about them. People know about SugarPot Fitness, of course my fitness brand. And I’ve spoken briefly on Preistley Property Group, but there can be some confusion about my sex appeal brand, Sugar’s Secrets.
When I started becoming an entrepreneur, my personal brand was my first project. My focus quickly turned to my fitness business so I haven’t fully invested my time and commitment with Sugar’s Secrets for people to understand the company’s purpose and mission.
Sugar’s Secrets is an empowering brand that promotes women empowerment and embracing their sensuality while feeling beautiful in their own skin. The brand guides women to radiate their erotically-charged magnetizing energy. And this energy may be used as power for everything they do to create their own success.
With this, I’ve sold swimwear and created merchandise with my creative logo design. Everything is very sexy, very sensual but classy. Moving forward, I want to create visuals such as music videos to show more of my vision for my company. Picking my favorite songs to express my sensuality and creativity in. That’s what I’m going for, so until then, I’m holding off to rebrand correctly.
