Check Out Tae La’ni Glover’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tae La’ni Glover.

Hi Tae La’ni, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I am Tae’Lani Glover, owner and content creator of Cravin’ Tae LLC. My journey began in 2016 in an industry I never planned to enter — the feet modeling niche. I was introduced to it unexpectedly and without any guidance or knowledge, which forced me to learn, adapt, and build from the ground up on my own terms. I created an Instagram account and within a year grew it to over 30,000 followers, gaining a firsthand understanding of the digital modeling and creator space from a unique perspective.
Rather than staying boxed into one lane, I chose to evolve. As a natural grower and visionary, I rebranded into Cravin’ Tae, expanding beyond feet modeling into fashion, content creation, lifestyle, travel, and self-care. Upon graduating from Clark Atlanta University, 2019; A Bachelor’s Degree in mass communication aligned cohesively with digital media allowing me to scale my brand even more. In 2020, I officially registered my LLC, turning my creativity into a legitimate business and foundation for long-term impact.
Today, Cravin’ Tae is a full lifestyle brand rooted in soft luxury, self-love, and intentional living. I work as a fashion influencer and content creator, specializing in product reviews, footwear modeling, jewelry and clothing campaigns, and immersive self-care and travel content. My goal has always been to inspire and show that even unconventional beginnings can lead to powerful, purposeful brands.
Most recently, I launched Very Soft Era, my self-care and wellness brand, featuring my own curated line of self-love and wellness products, including spa sets, affirmation candles, handmade herbal teas, yoga and fitness sets, and more. These products are an extension of my philosophy — that softness is not weakness, but intention.
As of 2025, I’ve grown to 43,000 followers, built through consistency, authenticity, and evolution. I now focus on expanding my platforms, creating new opportunities for unconventional creators, and giving back to the community that supported me from the start.
I was once laughed at for committing to a path people didn’t understand — now I’ve traveled the world, collaborated with brands I once dreamed of, and built multiple businesses from that very beginning.
And through it all, one phrase has carried my story:
“Where your feet take you.”
Because sometimes, the very thing people overlook is the thing that leads you exactly where you’re meant to be.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not a smooth road at all! Some Obstacles I Overcame… Like many beginner entrepreneurs, I entered this industry with little knowledge, no guidebook, and a lot of uncertainty. I had to face and work through the fear of failing, self-doubt, and moments where I questioned whether I was pushing myself hard enough or just playing it safe.
I was also met with uncanny and uncomfortable requests, challenges that tested my boundaries, values, and strength as a woman and as a brand. Instead of letting those experiences define or discourage me, they taught me how to create clear standards, protect my energy, and respect my own mission.
One of the biggest obstacles was building my own structure from scratch. I chose not to copy other models or follow industry formulas that didn’t align with me. I had to learn everything on my own — branding, content creation, audience engagement, consistency, business processes, and self-direction. There were no shortcuts.
I had to trust my vision even when it was misunderstood.
I had to take risks when fear was loud.
I had to teach myself how to evolve.
Through persistence, boundaries, and self-belief, I not only learned how to navigate this industry — I learned how to build and flourish on my own terms.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
My work is rooted in transformation. I started in the feet modeling industry known as Royal Feet Goddess, where I built a strong presence and grew a 30K+ audience within a year completely on my own. That space taught me discipline, boundaries, audience behavior, and brand building from the ground up.
But I didn’t want to stay in one lane. I’m a natural evolver.
I rebranded into Cravin’ Tae, where I expanded beyond modeling into fashion, lifestyle, self-care, travel, and content creation. Today, I specialize in creating soft, feminine, cinematic lifestyle content that merges beauty, wellness, and luxury with realness. I’m known for my unique untraditional aesthetics, my consistency, and my ability to make self-care feel like both a lifestyle and a statement.
I work with brands through product reviews, modeling shoes, jewelry, and clothing, lifestyle campaigns, and immersive self-care content. I also travel and create visual stories that show softness in real life — not just curated, but lived.
What I’m most proud of is that I didn’t just follow a path — I created one. I built this from something unconventional into something respected and multi-dimensional.
And with my wellness brand, Very Soft Era, I took it even further by creating my own physical products — spa sets, affirmation candles, herbal teas, yoga and fitness essentials — all centered around softness, self-love, and intentional living.
What truly sets me apart is that I don’t just sell or model products — I create experiences and feelings.
My audience doesn’t just watch me. They grow with me.
They see real evolution, real life, real softness, and real strength.
In an industry where a lot of people follow trends, I trust my vision.
I don’t copy — I create culture.
And everything I build, whether it’s Cravin’ Tae or Very Soft Era, comes back to the same energy:
Softness is power. And where your feet take you — that’s your destiny. This is what I’m most proud of the prosperity and growth from myself to my brands.

Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
I’ve learned that growth comes from both structure and softness — so the tools I use help me stay grounded, creative, and aligned.
For organization and balance, I lean on apps like Notion and Google Calendar to keep my brand projects, content plans, and wellness routines structured without overwhelming myself. I also use Canva for designing and branding visuals, and CapCut for editing my video content and reels in a way that keeps my style cinematic and clean. For inspiration, I use Pinterest as a digital mood board for my aesthetic, content ideas, and brand direction.
For mental and spiritual growth, I’m big on journaling and affirmation practices. I don’t just read books — I live them. I love anything around mindset, self-love, and feminine energy, I create digital, downloadable guides and content as a source for mental and spiritual growth that I also sale and give away with my brand Very Soft Era. Which has helped me reframe fear and step deeper into confidence.
In terms of podcasts and audio, I listen to women-focused and business mindset content like The Balanced Black Girl, The Mindset Mentor, and Earn Your Leisure because they speak on both healing and building. I love hearing real stories from people who created their own lane, especially in industries that weren’t built for them.
Outside of digital resources, one of my biggest tools is simply time with myself — intentional self-care days, meditation, setting boundaries, and being offline. Creativity for me comes from stillness just as much as strategy.
And honestly, one of my biggest resources has been my own journey. Every experience taught me something, and every lesson shaped the way I move, lead, and create today.
