Check Out Two Lewis’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Two Lewis.

Hi Two, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
Honestly, I’m trying to pinpoint that moment where I get sent down this path of Entrepreneurship. I honestly think the first time I even saw a glimpse of it was when I joined the 100 Black Men Leadership academy. There were so many successful black men in that program that guided us—groomed us. They taught us how to dress professionally, speak professionally and how to be a successful black man. I’ve always thought that I could do and accomplish anything. I’m from Atlanta, where you could see your favorite athletes, black government officials, leaders of the civil rights movement, and drug dealers all in the same day. Seeing these people all molding culture and have an impact over not only the city but the entire world gave me great confidence, and that lead me to want to do something decisive. At first, I thought I had to be an athlete, lawyer, doctor, or engineer like my father, Alex Crittle Jr., to succeed. So, I decided to try all of them I was a great athlete, I studied Criminal Justice & I obtained an associate’s in Computer Engineering in High school. When it was time for college, I decided to study Biology Pre-Med. During undergrad, something changed for me. I managed a rap group called MPG, and the lead Artist Young Capone Got signed to Playmaker Music/Sosodef. That was the first time I was hands-on with an artist in the music industry. Before then, I always threw parties, worked with popular promoters, and interned for free. I was passing out flyers for Sosodef and other labels that had artists that needed that teenage audience. To the labels, I was a nobody but to my friends; I was the plug to get in all the events. During college, I started my first solo business, which I still have the Business model that Mama Shon made me. It was called “The Sweet Touch,” a play-off of my infamous nickname Too sweet. It was a mobile massage company. I started it because one day I was looking for a masseuse for a friend and couldn’t find one.

I couldn’t understand why there weren’t any. So, I saw a void, and I could make some money. I never told my friends I started it; I just started going to churches around Tallahassee to get my clients. I figured I could promote in the church’s weekly study guides for free in return; I give a service to the church’s people. Why would I target churches? One, they always have older people, older people always are looking to relax, or they need a solution to discomfort. Two, Church people love to talk. Those ideas were correct. That was the first of many companies I started—fast-forward to today, I’m a founding member in multiple businesses. I’ve helped numerous companies grow: from record labels, publishing companies, Major league sports teams, Tv networks, Cable companies, Magazines, and the list can go on and on. When I learned that music is a real business, promoting is a real business, I figured that everything could be a real business if you marketed & promoted it right.

Over the years, I learned how to build great teams and execute great ideas. This has led me to start & partner with multiple companies. Today I’m the founder of On Track Georgia & Owners District Management Agency. I’m the director of the Hip-Hop film festival, founding member of the CreditRich App, Weiv app, Family Ties Logistics, The Motherland Cannabis Dispensary, and multiple real estate investments. No matter what lane the business is in, I use the same essential vital components to find out the issues to address the needs of the business at hand. I work hard and study a lot to find innovative ways to scale the company to the success it deserves. With all the knowledge and success, I have gained in business, I’m working on breaking into the Tv & Film industry with the same mindset I learned when I started my first Business. Find the holes, fill the voids, but the most important thing is listening. Learn to listen to the world around you, listen to yourself, and most importantly, listen to God.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I don’t think it’s been complex or smooth; I think it’s been all put together to preparing me for the next step. I would say life is based on evolution, and every moment has been preordained.

One of the biggest challenges I’ve had is to deal with death; death can sometimes stop all momentum on everything. It’s no right or wrong way to deal with it, but you must acknowledge it and take some time to heal. I lost my father Alex Crittle Jr. to covid & numerous amounts of friends and family members in the last year. Shoot, this week alone, I’ve lost two cousins to Covid, and two friends were murdered. So, to me, the hard part is finding the energy and the spunk needed to push through the day, the week, the month, the year, knowing you have lost someone close. That you have lost a part of yourself, finding that momentum to put the love in your business that the world needs from you and that you in return need to survive. That is my most complex challenge.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?

Everyone always asks me what do I do. Honestly, I walk hand in hand with God and let Him guide my steps. I specialize in Organizing, Marketing, Scaling companies, Capital Raises, & Optimizing systems. The things I’m good at can be used at your local mom-and-pop store, the new start-up, or a Fortune 500 company. That’s why I’m always in demand.

I’m mostly known for my Owners District Management Agency. Owner’s District specializes in project management. Owner’s District boasts an exceptional roster of talent, including Omari Hardwick, Brett Gray, Benjamin Earl Turner, Leek, Parlae & a host of talented producers, writers, & directors. Owner’s District also has curated special events & listening parties with Akoo, Hustle Gang, ASAP Rocky & Block Boy JB, NYE with Teyana Taylor, Super Bowl Llll with Teyana, Cardi B, Gucci Mane, Kevin Hart, & 50 cents.

In Atlanta, I’m known around town for my Non-Profit, On Track Georgia which I created to help kids get on track in life through after-school programs, mentoring, summer camps, & even athletics. Still to this day, the non-profit boasts a 100% graduation & scholarship rate for its seniors. On Track, Georgia specializes in helping the youth develop into young adults.

Within both companies, the thing that sets us apart is our dedication to every person, from the parents, kids, & clients. We provide a family atmosphere, and we care about the individuals inside of the business & outside.

Other than pouring into my clients and helping kids take over the world, I’m also the director of the Hip-Hop film festival, founding member of the CreditRich App, Weiv app, Family Ties Logistics, The Motherland Cannabis Dispensary, and multiple real estate’s investments.

Who else deserves credit in your story?
A lot of people deserve credit for helping me get here. God first and foremost. Then My Father, Alex Crittle Jr., for always telling me to have and know why; never answer a question with I don’t know because you are smart enough to know anything. My mom, Rosa Lewis, allowed me the freedom to learn myself; but always having my back in any situation. My sister Quiana Rose set the tone on how to dress, not take any crap, and grab any dream you want. My sister Sheena who found me in one of the most pivotal moments in my life took me in and became my sister and my best friend. Mama Shon saw a young man who was rough around the edges but could smooth me out and teach me the finer things in life and how to make action plans to obtain them. Mark taught me that I didn’t need a lot of friends, just a really good one. The entire Williams family became my first set of family outside of my own house, and they taught me what a true family dynamic is and what protecting your family no matter what it means. The entire Glenn/Banner family taught me how to make sacrifices, how to always show love to each other, how to talk crap all day but still have your back when you turn around always to make time to spend with family. The Naughton’s for becoming my extended family when no one was around. The Parkers/Clarks showed me that we had some excellent genes in our family. My brother Cheese showed me multiple ways of earning money & how to always demand your respect. Naturi has been my fuel, guiding light, and consciousness to reach for the stars.

My Boys: Coach Wingo, Coach Lewis, Coach Mike, Khoosa, Jamal, Cedric, Isreal & Carl Route, Vinton, Nigel, Obryan, Zerbin, Stantrel, Shawn, Rara, Parlae, Craig, David, Hosea, Sinqua, Prince, Jay, Jason, Steven, Q, Carlyle, Malik, Brandon, DJ, Genard, Ezra, Tee, U.U.

Over time and evolution, each of you became special to me during this journey in life. Without you great men around me, I would not impact the world like I do today.

Omari has been my most prominent coach, advocate, and bridge to reach the level of excellence that God has laid out for me.

& To my future wife, you have been the burning motor every day since I’ve met you. You are the reason I wake up every day hungrier than the last. You are the driving force behind my daily motivation to provide a wonderful life for you and my kids. I’ve always asked God to prepare me for you, and he has walked with me every day on this Journey. The table is set, reindeer let’s eat.
