Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No road is a smooth road. Everything that we encounter challenges us to be better person. Many of my struggles were juggling competing priorities such as school, work, and family. In work, it was the struggle of excelling in an environment that was not diverse. Constantly being told that you are not qualified when you are overqualified. And finally, my daughter was born premature and we did not know if she would make it through the night. My faith and belief would not allow me to give up. She is a healthy, happy young woman today.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Proven history of developing and implementing programs to achieve business goals using analytical and problem-solving skills to successfully manage multiple complex projects to drive outcomes. Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations while adapting to technology advances and supporting financial sustainability.

Most proud of achieving my Doctorate Degree.

My tenacity and courage set me apart.

Who else deserves credit in your story?
Every successful individual has a village. I have always had mentors, both personal and professional that have encouraged and inspired me to greatness. During the challenging times, I have always been able to call on my village. My village is my biggest cheerleader.
