Hi Amber, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My story began in brokenness—but GOD turned that pain into purpose. I grew up carrying deep childhood trauma that shaped how I saw myself and how I loved. For years, I survived instead of truly living—until I encountered GOD’s healing power and learned that wholeness is possible when we stop running from our story and start partnering with Him.
That revelation changed everything. It inspired me to create Pure Beauty Life Coaching™, a faith-based, trauma-informed practice that helps women heal from the inside out and rediscover who they are beyond titles, trauma, and expectations. Through personalized coaching and biblical guidance, I walk alongside women who are ready to rebuild their confidence, release the pain of the past, and walk boldly in purpose.
As my own healing deepened, GOD gave me the vision for Healing Period™—a media and movement brand that extends this mission beyond the coaching room. Through storytelling, group coaching, and lifestyle merchandise, Healing Period™ reminds women everywhere to “cozy up to their healing.” It’s a declaration that your healing season isn’t the end of you—it’s where you finally become you.
Today, I’m pursuing dual master’s degrees in Divinity and Clinical Mental Health Counseling to expand the depth of this work—merging theology, psychology, and purpose into one transformative experience. Every client I meet reminds me why this matters: because healing isn’t a destination; it’s a way of life.
So, when women encounter my brand, I want them to know this—you are loved, you are beautiful, and you are whole. Healing isn’t about what happened to you; it’s about who you’re becoming. And I’m here to walk that journey with you.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It hasn’t been a smooth road, but it’s been one of purpose, faith, and growth. Building a brand like Pure Beauty Life Coaching™ and Healing Period™ from the ground up has stretched me in ways I never imagined. Entering a new market and establishing trust takes time—especially when you’re introducing something as personal as healing. I’ve learned that before people invest in your work, they need to feel your heart. That’s where I’ve chosen to lead from.
There have been financial challenges and moments of uncertainty. Like many new entrepreneurs, I’m in that foundational stage where I’m building visibility, credibility, and community one connection at a time. But I see this season as an investment—seeds being planted for what GOD is growing. Every post, every prayer, every session is part of that harvest.
Balancing entrepreneurship with marriage, motherhood, and graduate studies hasn’t been easy, but it’s taught me that true success isn’t about perfection—it’s about alignment. I trust that the women meant to work with me will find me in GOD’s timing. Until then, I’m showing up with faith, serving with excellence, and building something that will outlive me.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
My favorite childhood memories were being with my siblings and my parents. We used to put on little talent shows for our parents, and each of us would get a chance to perform—whether it was singing, dancing, or doing something completely silly. It didn’t matter how good or bad we were; our parents celebrated us every single time. That feeling of love, laughter, and support meant everything. Looking back, those moments taught me the importance of encouragement and creating safe spaces for others to shine—something I now carry into everything I do through Pure Beauty Life Coaching™ and Healing Period™.
