Today we’d like to introduce you to Amy Tep.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I bought my first house when I was 24 years old and 10 years later I had multiple investment properties. I always had an interest in Real Estate and using my bachelor in Psychology, I feel that I connect with my clients on a deeper and understanding level. I met my partner Kim in 2016, we decided to do Real Estate together and we formed La’Tep Team later on. La’Tep Team is so unique and proven successful is because we have the Tool to make our OWN content and keep innovating. Now with 2 additional members Steve and Cindy, we are expanding to more areas of Georgia. 4 Agents together with the same mindset to make a change and provide exceptional RE services in our community, now proving that big hearts can change lives!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Starting off, it was definitely not smooth for us especially in our community. We needed to constantly prove that we can be successful Vietnamese Women Realtors in the business. Our ideas that were proposed before in a previous company, were dismissed. Now our ideas is what is driving our exponential growth. What we wanted to do was not in the norms within our community, so there were not a lot of support instead we faces many doubts along with criticisms through the years. We knew a change IS needed and we stuck to our plan. We knew in our hearts, in order to make the change that we wanted to see it has to start it US. So together, we continue to stick to our values and goals to provide the services that our community deserves.

What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
Atlanta market will have a gradual growth in the next 10 years, climbing to become one of the Nation’s major and biggest cities.
