Today we’d like to introduce you to Anne – Marie Coleman.
Hi Anne – Marie, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My journey with The Bunny Hive Roswell is equal parts serendipity and purpose. I officially became the owner on May 1, 2025, but my connection to the space and its mission began long before that—as a parent. I was first introduced to The Bunny Hive as a mom looking for meaningful, enriching, and community-focused experiences for my young son, Myles. What I found was a beautiful space where creativity, early learning, and parent-child bonding flourished—and I immediately fell in love.
Professionally, I come from a background in healthcare, education, and community engagement, and I’ve always been passionate about creating spaces where families can thrive. So when the opportunity arose to take over the Roswell studio, it felt like a perfect alignment of my personal and professional passions.
Since becoming the owner, I’ve been focused on deepening community connections, expanding programming, and enhancing the overall studio experience. We’ve launched new classes, hosted vibrant pop-up events, and worked closely with local businesses and vendors to make The Bunny Hive Roswell not just a studio, but a true community hub for families.
Owning The Bunny Hive has been such a joy—it’s allowed me to bring people together in a playful, purposeful, and supportive space. I’m excited about where we’re headed and deeply grateful for the families who’ve trusted us to be part of their parenting journey.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Like most meaningful journeys, it hasn’t always been a smooth road—but it’s absolutely been worth it.
Taking over an existing business comes with its own unique challenges. I stepped into ownership at a time when families were still navigating post-pandemic routines, and I had to quickly learn the day-to-day operations while also building trust with the families, staff, and community. There were logistical hurdles—like transitioning systems, updating processes, and managing staffing changes—all while ensuring that every family who walked through our doors continued to feel the magic of The Bunny Hive.
One of the biggest challenges has been balancing my role as a business owner with my most important role: being a mom. It’s not always easy, but it’s been incredibly grounding. My son, Myles, is part of this journey with me—he takes classes, plays in the studio, and reminds me every day why spaces like this matter.
What’s helped me through the tougher moments has been the support of our amazing team, the warmth of our studio families, and a deep belief in the mission behind The Bunny Hive. It’s a space where little ones learn and grow—and honestly, I’ve done a lot of growing myself.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
The Bunny Hive Roswell is a boutique-style social studio designed for babies, toddlers, and their caregivers. We offer beautiful, intentionally designed classes that support early development while fostering connection—between parent and child, and between families in our community. At The Bunny Hive Roswell, we specialize in gentle, play-based enrichment like music, art, movement, sensory exploration, and story time, all led by talented educators in a warm, welcoming environment.
What sets The Bunny Hive Roswell apart is the experience. From the moment you walk in, our studio feels like a soft exhale—calm, beautiful, and thoughtfully curated. We prioritize aesthetics and intention in everything we do, from the layout of our space to the structure of each class. We are not a chaotic play space—we’re a peaceful, developmentally aligned environment where bonding, learning, and joy unfold naturally.
We’re also unique in that we focus just as much on caregivers as we do on children. Parenthood can feel isolating, especially in the early years. The Bunny Hive Roswell creates a space where friendships form, confidence grows, and families feel seen and supported.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud of how The Bunny Hive Roswell has become a trusted and beloved part of our community in a short time. We’ve hosted countless families, celebrated birthdays, welcomed new babies, and cheered on first steps and first words. Our pop-up events, seasonal classes, and private rentals allow us to keep things fresh while maintaining the heart of who we are.
Ultimately, The Bunny Hive Roswell is more than a class or a studio—it’s a feeling. And that’s what I want people to know about us: we exist to nurture connection, spark creativity, and make early childhood just a little bit more magical.
Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs or other resources you think our readers should check out?
Absolutely—I’m a big believer in finding small, meaningful ways to stay inspired, both personally and professionally. One of my favorite new things is actually something we just launched at The Bunny Hive Roswell: our studio book club! It’s been such a fun and refreshing way to build community among our members, especially caregivers who are craving connection beyond the parenting routines.
Right now, we even have a poll on our Instagram where our followers are voting between two great summer reads—we love getting our community involved in shaping what we do. It’s more than just reading a book—it’s about carving out space for ourselves, having adult conversations, and building friendships through shared stories and laughter.
Outside of that, I also enjoy podcasts like How I Built This for entrepreneurial inspiration and We Can Do Hard Things for its honest, empowering conversations. I find that those little moments—listening to a podcast in the car, reading a few chapters at night, or talking with other moms in class—help me show up more grounded and creative in both business and life.
That’s the kind of energy we bring into The Bunny Hive Roswell: calm, connected, and community-driven.
