Hi Antwanette (Anne), so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Glow Dailey started as something deeply personal before it ever became a brand. During a season of my life where I was balancing a lot of responsibility, my skincare routine became one of the few moments in my day that felt grounding. It was my time to slow down, reset, and reconnect with myself. Those small daily rituals became reminders that caring for my skin was also a way to care for myself from the inside out.
As I leaned into that idea, I realized I wanted to create something that offered more than just products. I wanted Glow Dailey to feel like a daily reminder built into your routine. I spent months researching, learning the skincare industry from the ground up, and being very hands-on with every decision, from formulation to branding. There was a steep learning curve and moments of self-doubt, but I stayed committed to building something thoughtful and authentic.
Today, Glow Dailey reflects my belief that glow is not about perfection or trends. It is about showing up for yourself consistently. What started as a personal skincare ritual has grown into a brand rooted in intention, simplicity, and the belief that true glow starts within.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely has not been a completely smooth road, but every challenge has shaped the brand in meaningful ways. One of the biggest struggles was building a skincare company from the ground up without a blueprint. I had to learn an entirely new industry, from formulation and sourcing to branding and distribution, while making sure every decision aligned with my original vision.
Another challenge was trusting myself through the process. There were moments where timelines shifted, things took longer than expected, or I had to pivot and problem-solve in real time. As a founder, you are often making decisions without having all the answers, and learning to move forward with confidence was a growth process in itself.
That said, those challenges taught me patience, resilience, and clarity. Each obstacle pushed me to be more intentional and grounded in why I started Glow Dailey in the first place. Looking back, the struggles were necessary in shaping both the brand and the founder I am today.
