Community Highlights: Meet Bianca Gouch of Bridge Builders Family and Children Services

Today we’d like to introduce you to Bianca Gouch.

Hi Bianca, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My journey has been shaped by both purpose and perseverance. I founded Bridge Builders Family and Children Services out of a deep desire to support children and families navigating trauma, loss, and instability. With a background in social work and public health, I’ve always felt called to serve vulnerable populations in a way that is both compassionate and structured.

Alongside this work, I became an author after experiencing the sudden loss of my partner while pregnant with our daughter. Writing Beautiful Betrayal began as a personal act of healing, but it evolved into a testimony of faith, grief, and resilience. Through my work and my writing, I aim to create spaces where healing is possible, faith is restored, and people feel seen and supported.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Definitely not, yet the process is all about building character. It’s not suppose to be easy.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Foster care agency that helps the state of Georgia find loving and safe homes for children who are experiences temporary instability due to their environments.

Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
Being open and honest about what you need. Everyone needs someone and in order to learn, there is always a question needed to be asked and someone willing to answer.
