Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandon Lee Anthony.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started off of FAITH honestly. I had a Acura Sedan with a Weber grill strapped to the back of my open trunk riding to different locations in Atlanta just to get my product out to the public. I was forced to shut down numerous times but I never stopped. Although I didn’t have all the necessary equipment I needed I still felt a sense of hope, conviction and vision that I’m working towards something bigger .
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
This road has been challenging. People only see the top of success, but underneath the success is literally a catastrophe . Sleepless nights , long prayers, shedded tears , and yet hopeful smiles. Challenges such as not having enough capital to get inventory, costly equipment repairs, to even struggling to find a location, or event to showcase the craft.
We’ve been impressed with Lees All In One BBQ LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We are an Award winning mobile vendor and caterer. We participate in city festivals and events. We also vend at city apartment complexes. Yes, we like to come to you and serve. We have our own award winning sauce that is packaged online (Lee’s All In One Wet Rub). This is a vegetarian sauce that goes on any meat or vegetables. Once you and this sauce no other condiment is needed. Also our cooking style is unique. We use mostly fruit wood with 10 different herbs in the smokebox that smolders in the wood creating salivating aromatic smoke that penetrates the meat!
How do you define success?
In my opinion success is being able to take care of all my family needs and wants. Success would be leaving a legacy and inheritance to my children. Success is waking up daily and doing what I love and have a passion for , and at the same time generating revenue. I can’t forget that success comes with sacrifice. Therefore in order to be successful I must be willing to take on the hardships as well.
