I am a nurse practitioner, Realtor, and small business owner serving Northwest Georgia. My journey began with humble beginnings as a teen parent, but I was determined that my circumstances would not define my future. Through perseverance, faith, and hard work, I became a college graduate and built a career centered around service and compassion.
Every challenge I faced became a lesson, shaping the woman and professional I am today. I never allowed obstacles to stand in my way—instead, I used them as stepping stones. Giving back and paying it forward isn’t just something I do; it’s who I am. Whether caring for patients, helping families find their dream homes, or supporting my community, I am passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Becoming a teen parent changed the course of my life in ways I never expected. While many of my peers were focused on typical teenage milestones, I was learning how to balance responsibility, sacrifice, and survival. The road was far from easy. There were long nights, financial struggles, moments of self-doubt, and the constant pressure of trying to build a future while raising a child. At times, the weight felt overwhelming.
But I made a decision early on that my circumstances would not determine my outcome. Instead of allowing the challenges to define me, I let them drive me. I pursued my education with determination, pushed through obstacles that seemed impossible, and refused to give up even when the path felt uncertain.
The journey from teen parent to nurse practitioner, Realtor, and small business owner was not smooth—it was built on resilience, faith, hard work, and countless sacrifices. That rough road shaped my strength, my compassion, and my purpose. It’s why I understand struggle, why I value opportunity, and why I am so passionate about helping others believe that their starting point does not have to define their destination.
