Today we’d like to introduce you to Ciaress Renee LE.
Hi Ciaress, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I initially only had the goal of becoming a makeup artist, but I realized I wanted to know how to treat the skin underneath first. That’s what led me into esthetics over six years ago. Over time, I realized I wanted more than just a job—I wanted freedom, creativity, and ownership over my craft. Which was led me into entrepreneurship.
I’ve worked in spas, built up my skills in skincare and brows, and slowly shifted into creating my own lane. Today, I’m running Ciren Beauty & Brows, where I specialize in brow artistry—services like henna, hybrid stain, lamination, and permanent brows—and I also educate other estheticians who want to grow their skills.
At the same time, I’ve stepped into mentoring and business building, because I know how overwhelming it can feel starting out. My journey hasn’t been perfect—I have to balance distractions, money habits, and building structure—but every step has made me sharper and more intentional. Now, I’m focused on building businesses that not only support me financially but also inspire and create opportunities for others.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. I’ve started and restarted more times than I can count, but the key has always been not giving up. Entrepreneurship is really trial and error—figuring out what works, what doesn’t, and being willing to pivot when needed.
Some of my biggest struggles have been time management, staying disciplined with money, and keeping myself focused when distractions creep in. There were moments I felt overwhelmed trying to do it all—building a business, serving clients, and still showing up for myself. But each challenge has taught me resilience and reminded me that progress doesn’t have to be perfect—it just has to keep moving forward.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
My business is Ciren Beauty & Brows, and I specialize in brow artistry—everything from henna and hybrid stains to lamination and permanent brows. I also offer skincare services, because I believe great brows and glowing skin go hand in hand. On top of that, I educate and mentor upcoming estheticians who want to grow their skills and confidence, especially in the brow space.
What sets me apart is that I don’t just focus on the service—I focus on the person. I want every client and student to feel seen, cared for, and empowered. I take pride in creating an experience that feels elevated yet approachable.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the fact that Ciren isn’t just a beauty brand, it’s a vision. It represents creativity, innovation, and the freedom to express yourself authentically. I am also the co-founder of Esthetician Bae, a community for estheticians to connect, learn, and grow together—which ties perfectly into my mission of education and mentorship.
At the end of the day, I want people to know they can come to me not only for flawless brows, but also for guidance, education, and a supportive beauty community.
Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Growing up, I was very much to myself—a true introvert and homebody. But at the same time, I could also be really talkative when something sparked my interest. I loved learning new things and then turning around and presenting that information to adults or other kids, almost like I was teaching. I was curious about everything, always wanting to know more, and I think that mix of being observant, reflective, and also expressive shaped me into who I am today. It’s probably why I love educating and mentoring now—it’s been in me since I was little.
