Hi Dee, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my career with dogs in 2007 working at a doggie daycare facility in Atlanta. I became inspired to become a dog trainer and have been running my own business since 2011. We offer a valuable alternative to commonly used coercive methods by promising we will never use shock, pinch or choke collars. There is a better way! Clever Canidae will treat your dog like a member of the family and we offer stress-free training for you and your dog!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
As a small business, it has been challenging at times, but even during COVID, we were able to find innovative ways to adapt and thrive. We have always been supported by other pet businesses in our community, and I am genuinely grateful to all my clients who have continued to refer their friends and family throughout the years.

We are committed to building harmonious human-canine relationships with safe effective training methods! We teach pet parents how to communicate effectively with their dogs and how to understand their behavior.
