Today we’d like to introduce you to Dianna Farias-Echeverria.

Hi Dianna, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
As a first-generation Latina American, I’ve always carried the values of hard work and determination instilled in me by my parents. Ever since I was a child, I knew I wanted to own my own business. I’ve tried many things—baking cupcakes, exploring skincare and esthetics—but nothing sparked my passion like creating with flowers.

Growing up, I was a shy girl and nervous to even speak to strangers. So you can imagine how challenging it was to step out of my comfort zone, promote my business, and talk to people about something I had built from scratch. But I knew that if I wanted to succeed, I had to push myself and grow beyond my fears.

What started as a side hustle while I was studying to become an aesthetician quickly became a full-time journey. I realized early on that following someone else’s rules just wasn’t for me. I wanted to be my own boss, lead my own path, and perfect my craft on my terms. With persistence and dedication, I built my business from the ground up at just 17 years old. I am now 20 years old, and everything I’ve accomplished has come through literal blood, sweat, and tears. There were no shortcuts.

Along the way, I’ve faced countless challenges. There have been nights I stayed up late researching, creating, and handling every aspect of my business—being my own customer service, marketer, promoter, photographer, and creative director—because I care about every detail. Some days, I barely get any sleep, simply because I never want to say no to an order. Every arrangement is created with love, care, and attention to perfection, and I still get excited every time an order comes in. Seeing a client’s smile when they receive their flowers is the ultimate reward.

Over the past two years, I’ve celebrated milestones like officially forming my LLC and growing a community of nearly 3,000 Instagram followers who support my work. My journey has been shaped not just by my own drive, but by the hardworking, entrepreneurial spirit of my parents, who taught me the value of dedication and resilience. Today, I continue to push myself, grow my brand, and inspire others to pursue their dreams with passion and determination.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Owning a business has never been a smooth road, and I knew from the start it wouldn’t be easy. Building my business from the ground up on my own came with its challenges. In the beginning, I had a few unsatisfied customers, and being younger and less experienced, I sometimes didn’t know how to handle certain situations. I wanted every client to be happy with their arrangement, but I quickly realized that clear communication and setting boundaries are just as important as creating beautiful work. Over time, I learned to establish policies, manage expectations, and handle each order with care, making sure every customer has a smooth experience and leaves feeling satisfied.

Flores Bellas is a small business I built from the ground up, specializing in custom floral arrangements for every occasion. From birthdays and anniversaries to weddings and special events, each arrangement is crafted with care, attention to detail, and a lot of love. What sets us apart is the personal touch—I design every arrangement myself and make sure each one perfectly reflects my client’s vision.
I handle every part of my business myself, from designing the arrangements to photographing, promoting, and personally delivering them when possible. Even as a young entrepreneur, I’ve grown my brand into a trusted name in the community, with nearly 3,000 Instagram followers who engage with and support my work. I’m most proud that every arrangement is meaningful, crafted with care, and designed to bring joy. At Flores Bellas it’s not just about flowers, it’s about creating moments and making people feel celebrated.
