Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Osiris Carter.
Hi Dr. Carter, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers.
It’s funny because F8 Precision, LLC is a multi-faced company that could actually hang its hat on several different beginnings!! Those beginnings range from having a strong desire (as a 22-year-old college graduate) to move out of my mom’s house in 2004; to forming my first company with my childhood (and current) best friend in 2011; to by happenstance making one of the most influential connections of my life in late 2015-early 2016.
All of these auspicious moments in my life have shaped certain aspects of the company that I run now. Those beginnings and the assistance from family, friends, loved ones, and above all, the grace of God have all placed me here talking to you guys!!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Well, I can’t say it’s been rough or smooth, to be honest. What I will say is that this road has truly been a learning experience from the jump!! I live by a certain motto: I don’t lose, either I win or I learn. There have been some wins, and there have definitely been some learning moments!! But the good thing about those is they make you all the better for having been through them!

We are a boutique training firm operating in an infinite realm of educational possibilities. We are able to offer not only a host of different types of instructive packages and programs, but we also have the ability to offer to our clients private services and sales as well. We are able to leverage an expansive knowledge base to better create solutions for all of our clients.
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
The biggest shift that I think F8 will experience in the next 5-10 years is the addition of AI into business practices. As AI’s presence is included more and more in the day-to-day runnings of corporations, that will force our firm to pivot to more creative ways of creating solutions.
