I’m Jay Johnson, a 32-year-old multi-business owner and dedicated mentor for aspiring entrepreneurs ready to take control of their future.
My journey started behind the wheel — literally. I began as a company driver and, through relentless focus, smart strategy, and unshakable determination, I built my own successful business from the ground up.
Today I use that same proven blueprint to help others create their own success stories. With a business degree and years of real-world experience, I’ve guided countless entrepreneurs toward building sustainable, profitable brands since 2020.
My team of experts and I are here to provide personalized mentorship, actionable strategies, and real results — no fluff, just the tools you need to win in business.
I recently invested into my first franchise business. It’ll open Summer 2026 in the Atlanta area. I’ll be providing salon suites/business offices for creatives.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not been a smooth road. I’ve faced many problems along the way whether it’s business or personal. Starting off my main struggle was separating my personal life from my business life.
You have to find a balance and create a system that works for you. Most importantly keep God first.

Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
My favorite childhood hood memories would be holidays spent at my grandparents. We didn’t always have much but we had each other.
